The restaurant, bar service. The breakfast was very average, food for dinner was poor. The bar staff never had change and yet insist on cash payment. The kareoke at sunset was painful.

Although the property was nice but there’s wasn’t a store to purchase anything that the guest might need and no in house laundry service.

Air conditioning super loud when using . Staff were nice but instead of fixing issues it’s a just a very typical “sorry mam “ but then again it’s Philippine style , loved it regardless and would come back.

Great location right at the beach , amazing pool and view, breathtaking sunsets , pool bar with happy hour. Perfect place to relax for a few days. Loved it.

In the evening all the guests disappear into the hustle and bustle of El Nido (an easy tricycle-taxi ride), so the bar is quiet and the restaurant poor. The staff try to liven things up with karaoke, which is exactly what you DON’T want when watching the stunningly beautiful sunset.

We stayed in a family villa with sea view. It was very well decorated with new, modern shower and bathroom facilities, excellent aircon and scrupulously clean. The pool was great, chlorinated, spotless and well maintained, as were the grounds. Best of all were the welcoming and helpful staff.

Our room was located across the main road and, as a result, was quite noisy.

The pool and beach area are amazing, so peaceful and the views are spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rustic but nice. Lovely location and only short tricycle ride to town, we enjoyed seeing Corong Corong beach with its sunsets.

The restaurant/bar is not really recommendable however there are other lovely alternatives a few 100 meters away.

Breakfast is poor. Trying to find another way of putting it, but it just isn’t good. Neither was the food from the restaurant sadly which he had twice. Location is quieter, but that comes with less food options - price you pay. Bathroom stank quite badly. Overall still good value and really enjoyed our stay here though.

Swimming pool is great and rooms were very clean. AC in the room was excellent. Beachfront with fantastic sunset views, in a quiet part of the beach compared to many hotspots.

Only area of improvement is showers do not have hot water, this is common in the Philippines but if they upgrade their shower to have hot water it would make the whole experience perfect.

Squirt bottles of very cheap soap in bath and shower. Good grief just give little bars of soap. Breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about.

The last cation is nice - right on the beach. The breakfast is very scarce. By 8 am it's almost empty and not refilliing. So you arrive and face an empty kitchen. It could have been better for this prace

The facilities feels great, it's not too fare form the city and offer and incredible view on the ocean. Rooms are clean, and the staff are always smiling and helpful.

Hot water operates on Solar. So often didn't have hot shower, but that comes with El Nidos quirks. No big deal.

The room had mostly american sockets and the adapter which I asked was totally broken. The breakfast was dissapointing - waiting time was 1 hour, the food is not good and the staff were so unprofessional and lazy. The vendors are constantly watching guests at the pool and asking to buy their stuff. I think safety and privacy must be improved.

The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is quite outdated but the room was clean and there was a hot water.

No water pressure for about 2hrs for one day followed by brown water for an hour after water pressure restored. Additionally, the restaurant ran out of many selections on the menu.
