Only breakfast can improve but there’s a lot of place to have breakfast if you don’t like the in house breakfast otherwise nothing else to complain about

The drain guards in the bath area may look nice and stylish but don't do a good job in preventing hair and other debris from blocking the drain holes. I had to fish out the hair from under the drain guard just to let the water flow out. Food in Buenavista was steeply priced. Lobby seating was limited. In certain times of the day , when the lobby is filled with guests checking in and out, there was nowhere to sit.

Warm, caring and attentive staff. They are always on hand to smile and assist. It felt genuine. The rooms and premises are very clean. Beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning inside the rooms and in common spaces was a huge relief from the heatwave. I appreciate that the hotel is styled in Old World charm and that management took pains to create beauty. Other hotels strive for function and efficiency but not beauty. It was refreshing to stay in a place that took you to a bygone era when people still cared about creating beautiful but functional things. And they had real furniture which I liked.

The breakfast was only average and there wasn't enough staff making sure the tables were clean and items were refilled once finished. Overall the breakfast experience felt quite chaotic

For it’s to picky because I do like our stay they could more fruits for the breakfast with at least real coffee. Once I asked for a real coffee they haven’t charged twice but suddenly on the last day they wanted to charge me. The policy should be clear for every staff. Our room was on the 5 floor and we could hear people pulling chairs or tables above which was annoying. They cane have at least noise canceling headphones thing to put on the chairs and the tables to avoid noise. I would liked a window and something to hang our towels and our wet swimming things

Clean, the facilities, helpful staff,not fare from the beach, the room and beds with a big bathroom with shower and a bath which is rare to see in hotels, themes on each day different for the buffet breakfast, a swimming pool at the top with vue and a bar. They stopped the loud music at 10 it’s respectful for the people who want to sleep.

The place was clean, service was good (especially house keeping) generally like everything overall. (Christian is a very good cleaner!! Maintained the room clean everyday).Thanks To Brian and Anica from the reception very helpful.Donna the Lady Guard very attentive.John and the team of concierge very very helpful from the day of arrival and to go home making sure that we are safe and comfortable.Thanks Team Feliz Hotel, Chef your everyday food was delicious thank goodness for your service.We stayed in Deluxe Room with the beautiful view of the fountain.

I would appreciate better choice of protein rich breakfast dishes.

Exceptional service, staff was very nice, helpful and attentive, all my requests were addressed immediately, I felt pampered, thank you! Room was spacious and very clean. I liked rooftop swimming pool and gym which is equipped pretty well as for hotel gym. Very good location, just nearby White Beach and all shops and restaurants.

Nothing it was perfect

I loved the staff very professional indeed led by a great general manager Allan. The rooms I loved the style. The food was fantastic and the pool was a great way to round of the day after being at the beach all day.
