My family really likes the loft room that we stayed in. We enjoyed it a lot especially staying in our loaf it seems that we don't want to go out anymore to go to the beach since our room was very cozy.

The toilet has been leaking since day one. I reported it after checking in, but the leak was not fixed until check out. It disrupted my sleep on several nights, and the smell was quite pronounced. Such conditions are detrimental to health. I stayed in Unit 104. I have footage and photos if needed for reference.

The staff are really kind, they will help you to make your stay very convenient. They are friendly and always give warm greetings. The hotel offers help for your laundry and room service massage. The location of the hotel is also nice, close to dmall, and minutes walk to the beach. Also, i really appreciate the staff on the next building whenever we have our breakfast.. they serve with smiles.. our family stay is really amazing.

We had some trouble with our air conditioning in the room, it wasn't working correctly and was leaking, but as soon as we mentioned this to the staff the issue was fixed in no time.

We loved our stay at Ferra Premier! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us and they helped us with any request we had. The room itself was a decent size with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of meals to choose from and the breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. My boyfriend was sick one morning and missed breakfast, but the staff sent a plate of food to our room instead. The location is perfect - about a seven minute walk to White Beach but far enough away from the noise to get a good night's sleep! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We did not like the bathroom in our room. It was too small and old so it looks dirty 🤢. There is also a bad smell coming from the drain 🤮. Ferra Premier pool was also small and needs to be cleaned.

A special shoutout to Cha and all the front office staff (including the Ferra Garden). They are all friendly and very accommodating including the OJT staff. Also to the housekeeping staff who make sure our room is clean and that we have clean and dry towels. Thank you to Mark and Paul who are so attentive during breakfast. A compliment to the chef as the food was DELICIOUS 😋👌. We ordered Nasi Goreng twice 😊. Breakfast was also great. Our favorite facility is the pool in Ferra Garden ❤️ it was big and clean.

I don't like the location of the hotel. It's a bit far from White Beach. It's hard for senior citizens to walk from the hotel to the beach. I also don't like that we had to go to the next building to have our breakfast.

I like the cost of the rooms. The rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are also very accommodating and helpful. They are very pleasing, and would like their guests to have the best experience in Boracay.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Good value for money with excellent facilities. It's a few minutes walk to D'mall and there's a few small restaurant nearby. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back on August. We also love the breakfast.

The only tiny thing that could be improved is the AC. It was a bit old and therefore loud, but it didn’t bother me much as I didn’t feel the need to turn it on at night.

Above anything else the STAFF - everyone, from the lovely ladies in the reception, to the housekeeping teams and those serving the breakfast - were just SO NICE. They made me feel at home, remembering my name, always with a huge smile on their faces. I can’t commend them enough for their hospitality, it’s really some of the best I have seen in my extensive travels! The hotel is very well located, 10 min walk you’ll be in the White Beach, Dmall for restaurants or you can go see the other side of the island and appreciate kitesurfing in Bolabog Beach. It was impeccably clean, with housekeeping done everyday. Whilst a bit dated, the room was spacious, with a little fridge and a kettle. Breakfast was delicious! I tried the waffles, the pancakes, the french toast, the omelette… and it was always fantastic. On my last day I had to leave early for the airport and they made me an egg sandwich for my breakfast to take away 🙏🏻

The wifi was slow in our room :( we also wish that there was a second phone for the loft type room so the guests don't need to go down when there's a call. Also brighter lighting would be appreciated hehe

Breakfast food that was included in the accommodation was really good! We also got an unexpected room upgrade so we really appreciated that! It was also very near D'mall but we like walking in general so the location was great for us.

We loved being over the quieter side of the island but still in walking distance. Wonderful staff with big smiles when greeting us. Organised a transfer both ways which was a huge relief and made it easier.

The staff are very nice and friendly! Especially Nicole from reception, she's really really nice to us and helps us a lot! Also the staff who are in the restaurant, they do the service very very well! The only problem in our room is that the room is not big enough for 3 big luggage, but they place is great and got everything you need!! We'll definitely choose Ferra for next time when we come again!

The part I did not like:) Visitor policy! As i was solo traveler, I booked a room for one person. Having any visitor, they are allowed to stay until 10PM. It was kinda disappointing as it is vacation place and people meet on a vacation after night out or so. Furthermore, I did have a visitor over the day and reception was calling for me to approve ( i find it a bit controlling). The worst part was that few days later I had another friend visiting and they asked him for an ID which he did not carry, so they took a picture of him from their cellphone ( IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING TO HEAR THAT). So yeah… thats the thing I didn’t like:)

I will start with staff and their welcoming and caring attitude. The smile and warn is unexplainable. I have to mention Nicole as she was such an amazing example what customer service is all about. I loved the way she is dealing with people and how she is super attentive to small details and anything I needed. Housekeeping was great. Every second day sheets were exchanged, towels every day and so on. It was really pleasant. Beach is 10min walk max. Mall and supermarkets are like 3 min away. Everything is close by. Vey convenient.
