I don’t like the room specially the door of your bathroom it was hard to open and I think you have to change it that’s my opinion.

I like property because it’s near by Ayala mall and the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast is good, with a lot of dishes to choose from. The location also is great; walking distance to the Ayala Mall and getting a taxi is easy.

It was a nice suite but the toilet needed more cleaning as well as the couch. It smelled musty and felt dusty

One instance that we ordered ala carte and after waiting for our food to come (25 to 30 minutes or so), staff came to let us know that the food we ordered is not available so we end up having to order different food item and have to wait longer. Same with the dessert (halo halo), the staff only advised us that no ice cream available thus they cannot make the halo halo right after we finished our main course and halo halo was ordered the same time as the main course. If only the staff can be more proactive & let us know right away so we can order different food item rather than wait so long just to have to reorder & wait longer

Very convenient as it is close to the Ayala Mall. Staffs (from receptionist to the drivers that pick us up & drop us off at the airport) were great! We liked that they have airport shuttle service (which is very convenient) and that they allow us to pay at the hotel in Philippine currency - which are the deciding factors that we decided to pick this hotel for this trip

Not our ideal location / what we expected. It was busy, the streets are dilapidated and the traffic noise can be heard all the way up to the 10th floor where we stayed.

The staff were friendly. The driver who drove us to and from the airport arranged a taxi for us to see some of the tourist attractions in the area when we enquired at reception.

The bedsheet is not very clean and neat. Hoping to improve the cleanliness or change the laundry soap you are using.

Everything was just fine

Modern hotel, everything pretty standard there.. cosy enough for a night after busy day. Location is good, near Ayala mall, IT Park is a short ride away. Personnell was friendly and helpful, cleanliness and bathroom very good. The breakfast is as a buffet, with a lot of options and tasty. Just be there early, the choice was limited at the end.

Wifi so slow in our room 832 and can’t even connect jud except sa restaurant or ground floor/ist floor the wifi is fine naman. But hope both working well ang wifi sa inyong hotel. The staff in the F.O whom that I asked help regarding the wifi they take action on it but nothing happened. Also when I asked help sa TV why it’s not working and the F.O said will send you a maintenance staff there as in wala jud miadto sa room. 15 days me stay ari but we didn’t enjoy using the wifi and the tv. Give us some reasons why ingon ani? No news man lang sa amoa mga guests regarding sa amoa concern. Hope naay ala carte food anytime not only sa room service.

Some of their room facilities isn’t working well like their hair dryer (not really working), refrigerator & the air-condition as well.

the rooms are connecting to the other room.. only 2 doors dividing and you could hear the chatting from the other room..
