The staff was very nice. The accommodation was exactly as described and after our 3 day excursion it was ideal to unwind here. The price in retrospect was a bit on the high side compared to other locations, but that does not detract from our stay. Absolutely recommended!

Tip for light sleepers: We booked two different rooms - queen deluxe very spacious but very noisy due to the street. Ear plugs helping only a litte. And one bunk bed room - In reality more tiny than on the pictures, but possible to manage with storage under bed :) The good side on this room was that is was quiet with only a small bathroom window facing directly the wall of the next hotel - we did not mind as we were able to sleep quietly in contrast to our friends. Also it was in between two other rooms to block out street noises. Rooftop needs improvement - no sun shading during day and one area half under construction but without construction - looks like an abandoned unfinished restaurant place.

The exceptional staff at the front desk is incredible, helping in every way possible. Easy whats app communication to book tours/transfers even on short notice. Very good room cleaning service. Quiet aircon and comfy beds. At the end of town and a tiny bit more relaxed vibe, really short walk to center.

The hotel is so beautifully decorated and the location was great and quiet, just a short walk to all the stores and restaurants, I felt very safe in this area, also a bonus is there's a supermarket 2 min walk away where you can get water and things you need. The staff here was very welcoming and so friendly and especially Lanz, he was so kind and very passionate of the history of the area, I really enjoyed having a chat with him about the history of El Nido, I would highly recommend staying here, That you Lanz for a wonderful stay!

The room we had was pretty small and we didn't have plenty of space to organize our luggage. However, there are bigger rooms available. The bathroom door doesn't offer any privacy since you can hear everything.

The hotel is very clean and has a quite luxurious feeling to it. The location is good and you're in the city center in less then 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

No breakfast/food in the stay, but not a dealbreaker for us.

Room was clean. We had the superior family room. More than enough room for 4 adults. Bathroom/shower was great. Be mindful, need to use stairs. I don’t think I noticed an elevator. Staff was nice. Had zero noise complaints. We did not mind being far from the main part of El Nido. It’s about a 10 min walk. There was also a tour office across the street Akingventures which was great and cheaper. Safe area.

- no breakfast provided which, given the price, there should have been - there are no windows to the outside that can be opened. some overlook an interior area and others are right in front of another building - noise can be an issue, although it wasn't for us, just be aware of it

You could see through the door at the frame and hear the neighbors arriving home in the middle of the night.

Aircon, warm water, not a party location (perfect for families) but still walking distance to port, shops,etc. Tours could be booked directly with them. Easy to take tricycles to visit other beaches. Free wifi worked well. Fridge with freezer in the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

For a family room I think maybe a toaster and microwave would make this hotel exceptional as there is no breakfast facilities on site. However, staff were amazing and heated our food for us.

Staff were very helpful and excellent service keeping the rooms tidy, lots and lots of extra towels and excellent cleanliness. The room was brilliant for a family with 3 children and 3 adults with lots of space and love the decor.

Highly recommended!! Near the city center and in a good price for group of five, we are beside the lobby so we can use the lobby’s restroom. (As we only have one as a group) Staffs are so nice and welcoming, always smiling and helping. The well design bunk beds are such an inspo, well thought of ✅✅✅ such a clean room, I love how spacious the restroom.

a little far away from beach, but only cost 10-15min. But it comes good thing ——quite environment，not bars balabalabala all night. Not really a drawback.

The stuff is nice and helpful. The J Bontique hotel is under H hotel group. Their collaborated tour shop is Discover El-nido，which is extremely good, we have traveled with them four days four different tours. One day, they inform me at our room gate, Tour C & B is canceled because bad weather and coast guard prohibit go out to Tour C. They help me change it into Tour A. That is very convinent(book at the hotel, compare with book at the town). Finally, we finished all of four tours for very good lucky. The rooftop is very useful, we can use it to wash and hang clothes to dry. This won't make our room wet and dirty. Fee of extra bed can be set into the room. The price is reasonable, which is 700p/night.

We stayed in the family room, which was perfect for us! The unit was clean, and the beds were super comfortable! Loved the built-in bunk style! The staff were amazing!! Very courteous and extremely helpful! We had a last minute van transfer change, and they handled everything with ease! They even msgd us to see how our transfer went! Now that's awesome service!! Will definitely stay here again!!

There was no window in the room, which is fine but probably would've got to me if I had a longer stay planned. And there was a lot of green light from devices in the room when I went to sleep and turned the lights off - I think from the emergency lights in case of fire or something. This would've been irritating if I was a lighter sleeper but didn't really get to me too much.

This was a lovely one-night stop over for me after a few days roughing it in beach shacks in the north of the island. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff super helpful - they arranged my transfer to Puerto Princesa the following day and called a TukTuk for me, which was all very helpful. The bed is super comfy despite being a bunk bed - I would say it's wider than a standard single, and it was nice to watch YouTube videos on the TV. Coffee and water facilities in the hallway felt cute too.

My friend and I were satisfied with everything in this accommodation. There was nothing to cling to. Internet works great. We each got separate logins with which we could connect up to 4 devices. The hotel administration is also nice and always ready to help.

The staff were so friendly and kind, the room was cleaned daily which was great after bringing sand back from the beach. The hotel is so clean, unlimited tea, coffee and water daily. The location was in walking distance of everything. The room was so comfortable and aircon worked great. Slept amazingly!
