The rotational blackout also there is not much free toothpaste and toothbrush given to us. The hair dryer is for sharing not exclusive to our room.

Excellent service - hat tip to Kuya July for helping us out every time we needed assistance. The pool was huge- lovely and inviting! The rooms were cleaned daily too and the staff always did a great job.

We loved the comfort Kaimana brought to our trip! From their prime location, helpful staff (shoutout to kuya July and ate Daisy for always helping us out) to the insulated room cups that we could bring out! We loved feeling the comfort of home - but with the additional luxury of hotel type service.

Everything is great, but beyond all the service is incredible. Best I have ever seen. They organized our car rental and whale shark tour (amazing service during this one, with towels that were bring just outside of the boat avoiding us to freeze) making it 100% stress free. The restaurant is amazing as well - we had our breakfast (so great !) and lunch there (at 2pm without issue). The equipment are really great too, we just had the time to test the pool (open 24/7, so convenient !). The view in the room and restaurant is amazing. Super clean ans beautiful place.

They were doing maintenance which left a strong chemical smell in our room - maybe it was paint stripper? However, it’s good that they are staying on top of maintenance.

The description of the room specified three beds, but only two beds were available. The description and photos were misleading/inaccurate. It was important to our family to have three beds and we only considered rooms with three beds when making our reservation. We were disappointed to learn that the description and photos were not accurate and only two beds were available. The owner offered nominal compensation for the discrepancy and this was appreciated, yet my family was not as comfortable with two beds throughout the stay.

The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice and helpful always there when we needed them :) They even organised the scouter and massage for us. The pool area was amazing! One of the best pools I had in a hotel. Everything was great and we would come back for sure! Thank you so much Kaimana

It would have been nice to have free breakfast options. Although Siargao offer so many cafes and restaurants, sometimes we wish to just stay in the hotel and get free breakfast.

The room was very big! I did not expect it to be that big. Very comfortable and we had a big porch where we can relax outside. The pool was really nice, too. We got to use it til late in the night.

There were occasional electricity blackouts. But they usually got reinstated within 30mins.

It was clean, and bright, and the pool was nice. It was a located far enough from the busier General Luna area so that we could enjoy the quiet at night and rest well, but close enough for a quick 10min ride into town. The staff was also really helpful and friendly.

Loved everything. The shower was a little temperamental and went from roasting to freezing and back again but was very manageable.

It was spotlessly clean. The room was big, spacious and modern. Beautiful balcony to sit out on, huge comfortable bed and lovely tv area. Pool was so clean and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Late checkout was no problem at all.
