The food was great, the accommodation was very comfortable, the location was near the restaurants and stores but not noisy nor busy like the other hotels. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating! Thank you especially to Kimmy of front desk who was very patient in all our tour requests :)

Exceptional staff! Attention to detail since our arrival. A member staff came to take our luggage before we get to the reception and free fresh drinks were provided whilst the check-in was ongoing. Everything was explained once in the room and we could ask questions at anytime via Whatsapp, which felt very friendly. Tours were smoothly arranged. The restaurant staff were detail-oriented, we never had to ask for something as they could anticipate our requests. I even got an ice bag when they noticed I had a sunburn! The room was clean and well equipped.

The Hotel has great common areas. We stayed in a entry level room and then we moved to a villa, totally worth the upgrade fee. All the staff are wonderful, always ready to help and assist.

Celebrating Christmas “Pasko” in the Philippines been long overdue because of Pandemic. Staying at Las Palmas was what we were looking for. It has been a great stay with great hospitality provided by amazing Staff members. Dreamy Latte made by Professional Barista in the morning and creative cocktails by Professional Bartender at night. Enjoyed different kinds of cakes, night swimming in a Beautiful pool. Special shout out to Ms Kimmy and Ms Jan! You ladies are amazing, Thank you for Everything!
