Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyAdjoining rooms are very noisy. You can hear every little sound from next door. Try to sty away this type of room. Breakfast was too Filipino, a little more options would be nice. Shower pressure was a little low.
Location is good and safe, if you need to be close to south terminal it is a perfect place. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaTheir shower room! Not safe for seniors as there's no separation from the commode like shower door or curtain and the water is just all over the floor thus making it slippery!
We like the location

Germany- internet very bad - smoking area only in the sun, outside on the balcony (no chairs) - drinks to expensive (150 pesos for a beer) - stuff didn't helped us with the luggage - the guy from the bar brought us 4 cocktails all together (happy hour 1+1). Didn't wait for us to finish the first ones.

PolandI cut myself and bled profusely, this left bloodstains on the towel and later on the bed sheets as the wound opened. I can understand that this could be treated as damage to the property of the hotel and needs a compensation, but the way it was handled by the hotel was very unprofessional. First the guy at the reception listed all the damages done (so far so good), but then invented the compensation prices for them from thin air! From the rules I was presented it was absolutely not clear that I should even pay for the stain removal! I asked him to (1st) show me the written rules that treat the stains as damage and (2nd) show me the prices of compensation for the mentioned damage - i.e. how much for the stained towel, bed sheet etc.. I mean stains on towels and sheets are not a uncommon thing for a hotel, are they? What he's done instead was to repeat the same general rules and interpreted them in his (or the hotel's) favor. What is this? A 1-star hostel near the highway? Can't you make the written rules for such situations??? If there's damage done, the compensation is due, I understand this, but it has to be very clear what I'm paying for. We were in a hurry, I paid 1000PHP, and I feel like I was extorted for money. This is totally not in line with how the hotel looks like inside and what services it provides - which are very good. This situation made this great hotel look very unprofessional and I do not recommend stay there. Which is sad.
We were upgraded to a apartment that exceeded our needs, the standard in this new apartment was superb. The breakfast was great, the main lobby is a sight to behold too, it has great views. Close to the hotel is a quite big shopping mall. The hotel is within walking distance (less than 1km) from Magellan's Cross.

GermanyI waited for almost 2 hours for an extra blanket, then got a different one than asked for. I also had to pay for it. This was the first time I've ever had to pay for an extra blanket. The shower was clean on the surface but the shower head needs to be deep cleaned. Almost no water came through the holes. When calling the service, the staff was nice and promised to help but every time it took forever. The single rooms are very small.

IrelandThe elevators in the hotel were quite slow - you could be waiting a few minutes for one to arrive. The shower pressure wasn't very strong, but other than that everything was great!
We really enjoyed our stay at One Central Hotel. From reading the reviews, we didn't have very high expectations, however we were completely surprised by the facilities in the hotel and the hotel itself. It is a very nicely decorated hotel, very clean and had lots of great amenities. The swimming pool was an added bonus and there is also a small gym with free weights and cardio machines which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy for us to get a Grab to anywhere in the city from the hotel too. We ate breakfast from the A La Carte menu each morning and the omelettes were delicious!

United States of AmericaAC was pretty weak. I hate sleeping uncovered so when it's too hot in the room, it makes for a restless night. Our room was near the pool and screaming kids could be heard outside the door. The swarm of kids also made the pool less appealing...but that's not the hotel's fault.
Great location since we were heading to the bus station the next day. Great breakfast. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful views from the 19th floor pool deck.

United KingdomEven on the second highest floor the outside noise from the road and surrounding neighbourhood is very loud, there was also some sort of extremely loud drumming this morning (Sunday) between 6am - 10am that made it feel like trying to sleep in a football stadium - im not sure if its just a Sunday morning thing but it should come with a disclaimer before booking Aircon - its powerful and cools the room but sounds like a jet engine so i had to turn it off at night
Very nice hotel Facilities 10/10 - good gym and pool, also nice dining area Staff: 10/10 - very polite and professional, check in & check out very quick and easy Location: 10/10 - the hotel is built into a large mall with everything you could possibly need Wifi: 7/10 - was very hit or miss - sometimes worked fine, others it didnt work at all, probably not ideal if you need to work Value for money: 8/10
