It’s not ideal if you don't have your motorbike as it is far from the main road and you have to pass by bumpy roads.

There is water, which currently Moalboal experienced a shortage of water. Spacious and just a walking distance from the nightlife and the sea where snorkel for sardines and sea turtle is located. Silent neighborhood during the night so can sleep soundly.

Originally i booked a Standard double room. When i arrived they offered me either to stay in one of the Double rooms Just one the Other Side of a Road, located in a courtyard, which are a Bit smaller or in a bigger room , located 5 min Walk ! Away behind a Restaurant, surrounded by local Houses. They are both Basic , But No beachfront. You can still use the Garden which is beachfront. Actually there are only 2 Bungalow s which are beach Front, so be careful what you are booking.

I swaped my booking to the beautiful beachfront Bungalow with ac which is absolutely amazing. The entire staff and the owner were super friendly and helpful with everything i needed and were able to offer the best prices for Tours as well. I felt save.:) you find a beautiful Reef Just at the doorstep of the properly, so bring def. A snorkel. The Garden is equipped with chairs and tables to enjoy the Sunset. Location ist also pretty great

They charged 30 Peso for one cup of boiling water for coffee. I said I stayed there so they charged me 10 Peso. The beach near our room #3 is like a public beach so it’s lively and crowded.

The room is newly renovated but it’s not near the Reception area. I didn’t read before I booked so can’t complain. Room can stay 3. Large, good and bright. I love bright rooms. Thanks the lady for reloading our prepaid phone credit and we paid her by cash.

At first we booked the hut and the shared bathroom wasn’t clean. The hut was basic (but very cheap) and had good views, but we wanted a private bathroom so we swapped rooms and that room and bathroom were clean.

The staff were helpful and accommodating when we wanted to change rooms. The location was good because it was quiet but close to restaurants etc. snorkelling was good and we saw a turtle!!

The cleaner knocked on our door just before checkout. It would have been better if they were informed if we have already left the property to avoid disturbing our privacy.

Location is walking distance to the beach. First property we stayed in had a whole kitchen! Internet speed is also very fast and good enough for working remotely.

Strange concept having a separate house with another couple in the room next door. Shower was not great and a bit sketchy to access down a back alley.

Nice spacious room away from the main strip. Separate house to the main accommodation and very close to the beach.

I think the staff could be friendlier. Everyone acted quite cold and indifferent. It’d be so nice to feel welcome and have staff that’s excited. Otherwise a nice affordable place, just somewhat adjust your expectations.

The location is great, the shower is powerful and warm, the WiFi is really fast, the AC is nice.

The A/C unit in our room was a little old so wasn’t very strong to cool down the room, but it wasn’t too bad.

Great location, right on the seafront! Brilliant for snorkelling with the turtles and the sardine run. Comfortable bedroom. Also only a 5-10 minute walk to most of the bars and restaurants.

The first room was quite a walk like 3-4mins from the reception of the resort because it was an extension rooms of the resort, quite small but ok, washroom was too small and no heater maybe that's the price I had paid for, however even the room that I upgraded the water heater did not work. No television maybe bcoz no good signal. no big mirror, no hangers no complimentary toiletries aside from toilet tissue.

Staff Anabelle waited for me patiently which was nice coz I arrived so late due to traffic from Cebu city, my 2nd room got a cool ac, water pressure was fine in the washroom, size of the room was ok coz I upgraded close to the reception, Quiet place away from the nightlife of Moalboal. This place is really good for snorkeling and diving. Good wifi connection. Free drinking water, Nice view from the terrace. Safe to leave your important belongings with the staff. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. They helped me to find a guide named Jeric, this boy was exceptional highly recommended! You can hire him and rent his gopro for a reasonable price. Just asked for him at the reception. He was professional and patient with me coz it was my first time to snorkel even i got my leg cramped during our swim and he knew what to do and kept me safe during our swim.

Stairs to the bedroom level quite steep (bathroom on ground, the room we had on 1st floor); we are not so young anymore!

On the beach. (own private beach; be careful though; there are several properties run by Pescador View all called Pescador View, so you need to establish which one as not all are on the beach). Lovely staff. The location within Moalboal is very convenient for everything.

The location is incredible, directly on the ocean! The staff was very nice and kind. They also served us a good breakfast in the beautiful garden.
