First of all, It is a 4-5 star place, not 3. I compare to Marriott and Hilton in EU/US, and RC Villas and Resorts are lowering you expectations. The view was one of the best I've ever seen. Located just outside of El Nido town, it offers the perfect experience of being away from the busyness of the centre but also close enough to travel in. We just rented a scooter and it took us around 15 minutes to ride in, which is lovely ride by the way! The staff were really great and helped us whenever we had questions or needed to book anything. Everything was just great.

I liked everything about our stay at RC villas. Not only the view from the pool is breathtaking, but the personnel was definitely the big plus! The staff working there is always making sure you have everything you need and give great tips about the area. We celebrated our two year anniversary there and they definitely made it memorable with surprises in our room for us! There are some stairs to get on top of the pool but the hotel has a 24h car service that drives you if you do not want to walk, and also offers free-ride to Vanilla beach where you can find the best restaurants and sunset views. Restaurant also has a chef called Bong and he makes the most delicious traditional and international meals. I definitely will come back!

Wonderful view of the lagoon and a very convenient location. Very quiet and peaceful place. Free transfer to Vanila beach.

Property is set on the hill side, they provide a cart that takes you and your luggage from the bottom to reception. There are stairs up/down to your rooms and up to the pool/restaurant area. This property was perfect, set away from the main roads meant it was perfectly peaceful but close enough to the beach with the hotel provided shuttle (one way to Vanilla Beach, pay for tricycle on return). Room was large, clean and relaxing. Great views of sunset in the mornings from the terrace, or bed! Pool area was peaceful and included breakfast was delicious. Staff were kind and very accommodating. Recommend if stairs aren't an issue for you.

We loved the location but it is a bit further out so worth bearing that in mind (but there is a shuttle bus to Vanilla Beach and from there only around 150-200 pesos for a tricycle into town)

We stayed at RC Villas for 5 nights and loved our time here, the staff were so friendly and helpful - they really couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the views are just beautiful. Great shuttle service to Vanilla Beach and they also organised vans to Nacpan Beach and the airport which was handy! Rooms are clean and the bed was super comfy.

We had an excellent stay at RC Villas. The room was very clean, confortable and well equipped. An amazing view is waiting for you with the most friendly staff ever. A special thank you to the chefs, food was delicious from breakfast to dinner ! The hotel is close to Vanilla Beach and the town is only 10 to 15 minutes away by tricycle.

Barside pool poorly located and pool water irritated my eyes after single pool length swim. Happened both times I used the pool. Never been affected by other pools like this before.

A bit disappointed with the variety of items in the menu, but anything that we ordered was PERFECT a delicious thanks to the chef. Obviously, when you get a room in jungle, you have to expect to see many animals. A lot of lizards around the restaurant and pool area, but I didn't see any in my room, and they also warn you that if you are afraid you shouldn't get a room with them.

Everything was good. The view was fantastic. There was a small problem and the staff compensated without me asking.

We loved our stay at RC Villas. The view is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. It's just a short ride into town. The staff is just so nice! But the best part is the food. Bong is an excellent chef, and the breakfast is everything you wish for and a little more. Would highly recommend this place.

The location is great, just near las cabanas beach and outside town, so calm ! The food is great we enjoyed 2 good dinners and amazing breakfasts !! On top of this, the view is breathtaking ! Our favorite place to stay in Palawan, highly recommend it !

Steep hillside location meant lots of steps. No problem for the able-bodied, but a consideration for disabled travellers.

Friendly, attentive staff. Stunning location and views. Peace and quiet, yet only a short distance from the town. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Al fresco restaurant with amazing views, serving consistently high quality meals. Swimming pool with sweeping views over the bay. Great mango shakes!

Mesmerizing views from room and from pool area, nice interior and exterior, very good food, welcoming staff, quiet location next to one of the best beaches of El Nido with free shuttle to the beach. Kind of pricey but definitely worth it. And stairs gives more charm to the exterior and quite easy walk.
