Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The CR dont have locks.

My capsule was right in front of the reception. When I turned off my light it turned off the fan. Paper door, so it's not sound proof. No space to stay in and chill.
It was cheap Bed was comfy Arrived in the evening and left very early for the airport so didn't need much more It took us some time to find a decent restaurant in the neighborhood. The location is okay though taking into account that the city doesn't seem to have much to offer. 20 minutes walk from the south bus terminal. Easily found a taxi at 5am for the airport.

I love this small hostel, Nice staff who give good customer service, comfortable beds, good ac, free hot or cold water, free towel (the only hostel in the phillipines where i got this), next to 7/11. Near South bus station. Will come back

Lack of a common space meant if we weren't in our room I felt like we were in the way a bit.
Great AC. The room was it's own microclimate and kept nice and cool so we slept very well. There was bag space so nothing was in the way of the main isle. Staff cleaned every day and were very helpful, in fact they were forward and kind whenever you needed help.

Bathrooms has quite tiny space, but that’s fine
I like capsule system more then dormitory. Comfortable bed, clean and smells fresh! They have capsule for couples too! 7 eleven 50m , enough local food around. Fruit stands 100m, south bus terminal 1.2km

The bathroom = combo of toilet and shower is super small like probably not even a 1 square meter :D be prepared for that as it made taking the shower a little bit more complicated.
Very good place to stay for a night or two, the bed is very comfy and there is a mirror and small shelf for personal items in the capsule. It was a good starting point to explore the city. There is a 7/11 right next to the hostel and also an amazing rental scooter right across the road for great price and with good terms. Compared to other places, the water preassure here was very good for showering.

The beds were comfortable and they have "courtains" to keep the privacy, also an individual fan. Water dispenser in the room. There are bakery, 7-Eleven, a fruit/vegetable market very close to the hostel

Could do with more space/lockers for storage. I was in an upper bunk and had to navigate the person belows underwear/shoes/rucksack to climb down the steps
Just stayed one night. Served its purpose. Basic but bed was comfy enough with friendly staff.

The showers were awkwardly situated over the toilet so there wasn’t much room, the internet was very bad.

It’s smaller than photos, the rooms are very tiny, the same with the bathroom and it was a bit uncomfortable because you have the toilet and shower in the same small space.

The internal lock in my pod did not work, but the outside one did which is more important. Also I was taken aback because the pods are all in the main room where the reception is which initially made me feel a little less safe but the staff seemed very on the ball so I did not worry about my main bag being stolen.
The pods were clean and comfy. Things were pretty clean and well organised. Location was good.
