One thing I didn't like, there's nothing on the TV. It doesn't have any channels or NetFlix watch on.

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Even their breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. Best value for money.

Not enough sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear the people next door and across the hall talking. This rating would've been 10 if not for those.

The facilities are quite new and the price is competitive. The breakfast buffet is worth it. Good value for money.

Staff are very accomodating, Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast was the highlight for me while staying in this hotel. - A lot of choices and was very good. The hotel is just 5 mins walk from the city center.

My room hot shower was not working so I was allowed to access the shower in an empty room accross my room. The shower there was lukewarm .

It's new and very clean. Breakfast Buffet was very good. Staff very courteous and very helpful. The room has very nice veranda with a view.

Minor dislikes: no gym and bedroom doors bang a bit. But no big issue. Overall good

Friendly staff and ease of check-in. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Comfy bed. Easy walk to centre (uphill). Kuya- J restaurant nearby.

The wifi connection is very poor, you will have hard time working in your room. There's no gym.

No signages going to the hotel. We almost got lost on our first day.

Staffs are accomodating and very wam. The place is near to the tourist spots. Buffet Breaksfast is amazing. Rooms are clean, we enjoyed our privacy

The wifi is not good when you are assigned at room farther away from the elevator. They need to install hood quality repeaters. The hotel also needs to fix the phone system as calls from different guest goes to our in room phone. We were transferred to another room which was good however the new room had a weird scent compared to our first room. Our first room smelled really great! Looks like the new rooms had smell coming from sewer or bathroom.

The location is very strategic and the hotel is new hence the facilities are in top notch condition. Its is also a plus that the beds are full sized. We are also pleased with the breakfast variety. The staff were great, shout out to Clyde for taking action on our discomfort. We overall like our stay and will likely stay again here in future. This is really good new hotel in Baguio.

I love everything in this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beds were super cozy. Buffet breakfast was really good and delicious! The buffet were plenty of choices. All hot and cold dishes were freshly prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely devine. Great staff and amazing service. The staff deserves five stars..they were so kind, helpful and they were absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back!

WiFi sucks !!! Can’t call or text USA , it was so Loud ., we could hear every one talking, walking. Did not get a good sleep

We came a bit early to check in and said rooms are not available yet and they will call but they did not call, we waited until 4pm, they didn’t apologise for making us wait. We went to room, there’s stain in carpet and funny smell. They have heated pool but it’s not completely indoor so it is still cold when you’re not in the pool.

Location is good, price is fine, breakfast food is nice.
