It’s located in the quiet part of the beach, which we loved. The best part about the studio was the EXCEPTIONAL balcony. We could enjoy the sunset in the comfortable chairs and waking up to the view of the sea, beach and palm trees can hardly be beat by anything. It’s located right at the beach and you don’t even need to stay on it. You can literally chill on the balcony, go for a a swim and go back to it.

Great location in a quiet area of White beach with yet a good access for the infrastructure. Personnel were super nice and really helpful. A spacious and stylish studio with a nice balcony with a view on magnificent sunsets. We were also offered welcome drinks upon arrival.

They don’t accept credit cards. They were very accommodating and patient for me to do the bank transfer.

Great location, great staff, arraignment of transfers was seamless. They were very kind and the welcome drink was a hit. It was our anniversary and they put a nice card and rose petals on the bed. Great touch! Would stay here again.

Nothing. Some may find the distance from the touristy parts inconvenient but we felt this was a big plus.

Superb location, attentive staff, very spacious accommodation, on the beach, relaxed atmosphere. Good vibe and no sense that rules governed your stay. Minor mishap with the plumbing that could have been a disaster was managed superbly with minimum interruption. Felt very relaxed, what more could one want? Shout out to local restaurants Bistro des amis and Congas. Housekeeping was superb.

Location, was great, Shervin who is looking after the studios was very helpfull and pleasant. I would realy recomend this property. A bit away from crouwded places but not to far when yiu want to get something great to eat.

Felt it was a little tired, in need of some maintenance. over head fan only 1 speed - slow, makeup mirror not working, towel rail loose, shower fitting loose. lights over main mirror replaced only after requested it. for the price felt this should all have been attended to before checking in. restaurant below not opening until 10:00 am.

Excellent and polite staff are always available to accommodate your requests. I would definitely return back!

Everything!! from pre arrival reminder, the instruction on what we need the port, the location, the services and the fact that it is everything that i expected to celebrate my birthday!! Sheikha and Sherwin is amazing and accommodating. the room amenities are well equipped and thoughtfully organise. from having a ‘banig’ so you can lay in the beach, umbrellas when it rains, the drying rack. I am a hotelier and being in the industry for 15 years it is sometimes hard to please but definitely 5 star for this property! would love to go back in the future!

The room was really spacious and felt more like a studio than a hotel room. It has a fridge, a kettle and a nespresso machine (you can purchase the capsules at the reception). And the rooftop terrace is wonderful. This is the ideal place for a longer holiday on the beautiful island of Boracay. It's at the quiet end of the island but still within walking distance of all the cafés and restaurants. Everything is super clean and well-maintained, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved staying here.

My partner and I went here to relax and to enjoy some quality time together. Initially, I was worried that we might not get that because we booked during the holy week and I expect that Boracay might be very crowded. But, Sundown is just the perfect place and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The staff are all nice and attentive especially the receptionist, Shieka and Kuya Sherwin. They ensure that we always get what we need for a comfortable stay. The room is just wow and very neat & tidy including the bathroom. Overall, staying at Sundown has made our first meeting together after being long distance for almost two years more memorable. We will surely come back & we highly recommend this place. If you want a quiet, relaxing & tranquil stay at Boracay then Sundown is the place to be.

i dont mind the coconut trees but theres a big tree infront of the terrace blocking the view. And people sometimes Harvest from the coconut tree so less privacy.

One little issue - the tree directly in front of the accommodation is too leafy and big to the point that it obstructs the view of the beach. If it could be trimmed the view will be improved.

Sundown Beach Studios had very spacious rooms tastefully and even luxuriously decorated with vases and trinkets, and above all, had floor to ceiling glass doors that allow unimpeded views of the White Beach at Station 3. The airconditioning was cool, the bed very soft and comfortable, even the sofa is good enough to be a second bed. The shower had functioning hot and cold water, and it is so relaxing to take a bath after a swim at the beach or a trip to the restaurants. It is possible to open the glass doors and listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing onto the soft, white sand, and feel the breeze come in. The balcony outside is also spacious, and there are cushions and deck chairs for up to four people. The staff were always attentive and ready to help, especially Sherwin. The ref was always restocked with water and there was always coffee and creamer.

- No hot water in the shower - The restaurant/bar downstairs is managed by different people than the ones managing the rooms so it opens at 11am. Hassle if you’re an early riser to have to go elsewhere for breakfast. - Would have liked to have more than 4 pillows on the bed.

- The service provided by Sherwin and Sheika. They made our stay outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. - Location. It’s in a quiet area of station 3 and a lot of times you have the beach mostly to yourself. If you’re looking to really chill this is perfect!!! 🤗 but note that If you don’t like walking or if you like to be in a busy area, this isn’t for you. - The room, bathroom, and balcony are huge! - The view is amazing and it’s just steps to the ocean from the place. - My phone data (Smart) worked really well. Perfect for doing remote work. I forgot to test the property wifi so I have no opinion on that. - Overall a great value for money considering what you get (privacy, beach access, large balcony with a view, great service from staff)
