Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyBecause the property is very big, there was a lot of work to do, and the workers sometimes started mowing the lawn at around 6am, so the night ended pretty early.
Very nicely situated right at the beach, we had a little hut. It's not the most spacious, but it was enough space for the two of us. It's equipped with a fan. There is also a basic bathroom attached to the hut. Lived the view from our terrace. The managers were very nice and friendly people, we had some great karaoke sessions with them right at the beach. The food was ok, not a big revelation. Would recommend staying here.

FranceDon't even think about coming if you don't have a motorbike, I did the experience to take the public van, who took 4hrs from El Nido with a very bad road. I highly recommend you to stay at least 2 or 3days.
If you really like nature, calm and are looking for a peaceful place, far from the noise of El Nido, this place will be your paradise. Rechelle, his husband and their daughters are really nice and make you feel like a member of the family.

SpainThe website says it's 20km far from el Nido, but they're actually 40, so unless you don't have your own scooter you're stuck there. No restaurants at a walking distance, so you have to eat at their restaurant where everything is more expensive than outside. The bungalow is nice but no furniture where you can put your stuff. If you want to turn the light of the bathroom on/off you need to go out from the bungalow and insert the plug into the socket. I checked in after 6 pm, they made me wait for the room, I got my bungalow, the bed clothes were clean but when I went to the bathroom I found the empty bottles of shampoo from the previous guest, a razor and a bandaid. I told it to Rechelle, the owner, and she said not her fault 'cause she was out that day. I asked them to book me a seat on the van going to el Nido on the following morning, they said that the van will arrive between 9 and 10 am, at 9:25 a van arrived to drop off a guy, but the driver said he couldn't pick me up as he has another client waiting, so next van for me will arrive between 13 and 14....and again Rechelle said that was not her fault. I went back to my room and I was just relaxing when at 12 somebody came to call me because my van just arrived.
Getting out from the bungalow and being on the beach, is a very quiet place with the sounds of nature.

SwitzerlandGo north to Sibaltan if you want to escape the busy El Nido and you will find the perfect place to relax and calm down. The lodge is directly at the beach and in a beautiful garden. I’ve stayed in a small bamboo hut which offered everything you need. The managers Rechelle and Randy are super friendly and make you feeling home. And if you’re diving, go and check out Dive Sibaltan and visit the Mantas together with them.

SpainNo available food around in the evenings during low season. Still the food at the Resort is good and very reasonably priced.
Right at the molt chill beach, I was there during the low season and I was the only guest. Went for a day but stayed three as I felt so good in a paradise beach by myself. The is very confortable, having shades all around, and shallow quiet waters. Randy the host is amazing and goes an extra mile to make his guests enjoy.
