The aircon in our room 502, is very noisy..Maybe it's too old that's why it's noisy.. And the water in the pool strong smell of chlorine..

I enjoy breakfast every morning, good serving 😊, delicious breakfast specially bacon and hot chocolate! Very good!

The downside to it though was that it was a very busy location and there were a lot of people around until night time. But the front part of the hotel was pretty quiet. Probably not best for families with small kids, but a very good place to stay for adults.

The ala carte food. Extra rice is too expensive 😫 I paid so many extras. Even the 5yr old boy . We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with all my family 14 of us mostly children but still paying full only 3 were half and still paying for the food . I will never recommend this hotel to my friends and never book again 😒 sorry

Rooms were okay, old, AC was loud, "balcony" was in the corridor so I wouldn't count it as a balcony. We didn't care as we only used it for sleeping

A little walk from the beavh but its okay. My room is too close to the pool and some guests are loud, but staff told them off to minimize their voice.

The WiFi Connection is slow especially in the fifth floor wherein I experienced multiple instances of disconnection. This should be improve, but overall, the stay was very good.

No window, elevator is on the other side of the hallway, there are a lot of smoking people in the alley before we arrive in the beach, its a 10-15mins walk to the beach ( a little far for the kids )

Ala Carte Menu for the breakfast, breakfast for the kids are already included in the double queen bedroom, Comfortable Bed. Indoor pool when we want to stay away from heat.

The room has that funky smell when I got back from the beach. They only issued me one hotel card even tho I booked for 2 adults in one room, so it was a bit hot in the room when I got back because I had to take that hotel key card.. Had to ask the staff to spray some lysol for sanitation cause I dont like the smell when I got there. The feet towel in the bathroom isn't as clean as it when I first arrived. Some of the pillows and the towel have stains and not as good as new. Air conditioning is not reaching the bed side so it is also a bit hot when I sleep with the comforter on.

Staff is attentive and accommodating. They set proper expectations too and do orient their customers upon check-in which is a must. I also like the location because it's just beside D-mall and close to the beach and the restos, and shops. I also appreciate their breakfast menu - food taste good. A+ on the beach towels. Affordable menu and accommodation.

If you are looking for a nice view from the balcony there is none, however very close walking distance to beaches.

Hotel Echoes so at time was loud at night, very comfortable beds, very good AC. Good location. Breakfast was very good.

Pool is too small so we didn't use it. The pool water also cloudy/don't look clean to me. No courtesy beach mat which were available in our previous hotel but they do offer beach towels. The old guy with the big belly manning the towel desk was quite rude though. He wasn't happy there were sand on our towels and was moaning within hearing (we're on a beach island! Sand is to be expected). Quite rude. I find the bed ok, but hubby said it was not comfortable.

Location being next to D' Mall it is near to where you would want to be for food and shopping. It's near the white beach so a short walk to go swimming. It's near the back main road so near to transport. Breakfast wasn't buffet but I honestly like it better as they have many choices from Filipino, English, American etc and all were tasty.

Perfect Location...they have 2 indoor pools....the price room is affordable specially it includes the breakfast. Though its not buffet but the serving is quite enough for your morning activities. I highly recommend this hotel just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Internet connection keeps getting disconnected inside the room due to having same wifi name with the lobby but different password. Ask the front desk for the wifi password in the room

The location is very convenient. Just beside the D'mall wherein everything is accessible. Also only less than 5 min walk to the beach. The price also includes a plated breakfast.

The three superior rooms in the 5ft floor that they prepared to us are good location for big family we feel more comfortable😁
