Unfortunately there was a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom, might have been because there had been recent heavy rain.

The grounds were very beautiful. Close to town making it easy to the home in the evenings. The staff are incredible.

Not really a big deal but the road going to the main road is rough.

Far enough to not hear the music of the main road but near enough for it to walkable

Some bedrooms are small and can be a little crammed with suitcases, swimming pool new however causing swimsuits and jewellery to turn green.

Lovely rooms, very friendly staff, good shower pressure, comfortable beds, strong aircon. Very good location just off Main Street so not noisy at night time.

We had an appartement right behind the pool. If you walk from the bar/restaurant on those stones be careful, there is no light and we saw someone fallen down very badly in the dark.

Very nice place with a lovley pool. We had beautiful three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The stuff is very friendly and even the owner wss there and very friendly & helpful.

there is no road so walking/riding there is a pain . Dont book the tours: we had a tour with pick up time from 6 to 7 am. So we woke up and were ready at 6. (Waiting 55 minutes) 6:55 we are picked up by tricicle to ride 3 minutes to the spot where we are advised to wait another 45 minutes. (Waiting 45 minutes, getting poor breakfast instead of eating at our property) Then the van picks us up , we ride 15 minutes and again wait 45 minutes. Its retarded. Then the boat was so loud that you cant speak and get a headache. It was Sohoton tour. Just dont do that.

Excellent location. Very central for shops/cafes etc. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Yoga class with Feona was lovely. Couldn’t fault tropical bungalows. Would definitely stay again if in Siargao.

Rooms could use an upgrade. Very old and mosquito nets full of holes. We woke up in the middle of the night with a cockroach in our bed.

Very nice place and surprisingly quiet even though it is in the middle of GL. the pool area is great and the food is also really Good.

My adult son & I really enjoyed our stay here and our seperate tropical bungalows which were set in a beautiful garden/oasis. The bungalows were of a good size with a small balcony, air con & decent bathroom. Kay was very welcoming and helped out with airport transfers and bike hire. It is located very close to the main road of General Luna so easy to get out and about to restaurants, bars and to watch the sunset. The cafe/restaurant was very pleasant with a good menu for all meals & drinks. It overlooked more gardens & the pool (which I enjoyed very much). The whole place was very peaceful away from the hustle & bustle of General Luna. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropical Bungalows Siargao. The location was within a short walk to the main street with many options for food and shopping, and a laidback atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and provided comprehensive travel tips prior to our arrival. A highlight was the wonderful pool, and the food from the poolside restaurant was great.

The location was a bit of a walk to the Main Street which was a bit difficult in the wet. If it wasn’t so wet it wouldn’t have been an issue at all. Cai suggested a good route to take and we felt very safe.

The bungalows are cute and the pool area is lovely! Food at the restaurant is very tasty and on the healthier side which is great! Cai was extremely helpful the whole stay!

No shampoo & hairdryer. Road to the resort seems destroyed by the heavy rain but not their fault, the municipality should improve their public facilities.

Good location exactly in General Luna. Loads of restaurants & bars near by just 10 min walking distance. Staff really friends the front desk manger Kai is really lovely helped us a lot in getting information and the overall of the stay.

The rooms could do with some improvements. Our room was constantly full of mosquitos, the curtains are very thin/see through so it felt like we didn't have much privacy as you could see straight into the room if we had the lights on at night. There's no hooks/coat hangers in the room so not much space to hang towels or air out clothes. The location is nice and central but the roads getting to and from are constantly full of huge puddles, we literally had to wade through ankle deep water. After this we only used the scooter to get out to the main street. The music from nearby venues is also super loud and you can hear it clearly from the room every night. It all quietens down at midnight though. Also, the pool is currently only open until 7pm, it would be great to be able to use it later in the evening.

The gardens, pool, restaurant and yoga area are really nice! You can use the yoga area anytime you like when there's not a class on which we loved. The pool was also great, very well maintained and in a lovely setting. The staff were friendly. Scooter hire was easy and cheap.
