Nothing directly about hotel but often difficult to get a taxi but jeeps are frequent so maybe not an issue if you’re used to it.

Staff was wonderful and accommodated us with breakfast planned the night before we had to leave early the following morning. Decent location in proximity to city center/markets - prepare to hike though, lots of ups and downs from hotel. Easy to find. Clean, large room and comfortable pillows/bed.

It's kinda too far from the city proper, I mean like Burnham park and nearby tourist spots. The nearest one is Lourdes which is 3-5 minutes walk. You really have to take the taxi just to go places. It's not recommended to walk. We waited 40 minutes to check in. The keycard of our room was not working when we got to our room. They provided us the physical key instead. It was somewhat disappointing.

The family room was spacious enough, the beds were comfy, and the hotel staff even the security was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Well sometines things happen like the gas stove problem… but these things could have been avoided if there is a standby unit or if gas run out, an electric stove or a reserve gas tank would have been fine. Also there is that smell coming from the comfort room. There might be a problem with the plumbing works.

Breakfast was good though there was a problem with the stove at the time…that’s why our request for scrambled eggs were delayed. The location is a little bit far from the center. Need to have a ride.

There's really nothing we didn't like but maybe not having any restaurant in the facility that is open kinda forced us to go out at night.

Room is bigger than most hotels in the area. The staffs are truly helpful and very friendly including the guards. Though stores and restaurants are a little walk away we did not mind because it means the area is quiet at night.
