I liked the staff, Maricella , TJ,and Jenny. I like how they had coffee already Set outside our balcony every morning , Is bed very comfortable great shower And the refrigerator work great .

Nice and quite location a few minutes walk from the beach. I came here the second time and was not disappointed and it is really no problem to walk there from the beach through a small local alley where you also can buy some food and groceries. Yes the property is built on a hill side so there are quite a few steps which are no issue for the average tourist but people with a handicap may consider to select another place to stay.

Family run hotel. Very friendly, clean, 3 minutes from the beach/bars/restaurants. Every morning I found a complimentary thermos with hot water and coffee sachets on my terrace table. I had a lovely stay and would definitely go back there.

There was no problem with the place except that their family room was located at the top most area of the building & it was quite tiring going up & down because of the high stairs.

The staff were all friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The place was just a little walk to the beach front & it was an advantage.

The hotel is away from the chaotic streets of Borocay and nightlife so perfect to have a quiet stay, However, the white beach is only few steps away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with air conditioner and electric fan.

It’s very much no frills but that is to be expected with the price. The wife didn’t reach my room but it was no big issue for me.

The ladies running the hotel are brilliant! Can’t do enough and incredible friendly.

It's the only hotel that I have been to in 2 months that does not have anywhere to refill water

Great location is quite, close to the beach , great balcony , comfortable bed , big room , I like that is a bit hidden away , loved the architecture, Amazing shower , big , with hot water and great water pressure . lovely place would definitely stay there again !!

Good budget hotel. Spacious rooms, big terrace. Only 2 minutes away from the beach. I stayed 18 days and totally satisfied. Very nice staff members, polite and attentive.

Only thing I can think is maybe a fan outside of the room as if there is no breeze it's very hot, other than that it all good super silent Aircon too :-)

The room was a good size, clean comfy bed and good bathroom, this place isn't a top drawer hotel but as a seasoned traveler it's very good value, because if you go to Boracay to stay in a room then your missing the point of Boracay, because there is so much to do your only looking for somewhere to rest your head, so don't waste your money, the staff led by the manger Jennie need a mention who are lovely as is the local masseuse Leiar who they will phone for you :-)

very poor wifi at the room, but ok at lobby located at the end of a dirty road/pathway, though only abt 300 m to the beach, so no big deal. The beach is awesome.
