Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Great VIP transfer option from the airport was a fantastic start. Boutique beachfront hotel in station 3. Station 3 is significantly less grounded and quiet which added to the fantastic ambience of the hotel. Fantastic sunset views from the restaurant.

Restaurant is amazing, personal is helpful, location is the best at station 3. This hotel could cost much more! Beautiful swimming area just out the door, awesome choice of healthy food at the restaurant. We moved to Cebu and I want to back to Villa Caemilla right now!

South KoreaTried inroom massage, the massage was ok but the bed is not suitable for massages. So I recommend to use it outside. Maybe have non-carpet rooms when renovating later. Other than this, Villa Caemilla is perfect place where I would highly recommend and will visit this place again
This is my 5th time in Boracay , and I used other hotels, but I would give #1 to Villa Caemilla. Loved EVERYTHING about this place. - spacious bed, room ( bed so comfy) - beachfront - delicious food ( recommend for sure) - friendly staff - sunbed and towels you can use This place is right in front of the beach, very comvenient to go out the beach. The food was perfect, they were served with good quality. Friendly and caring staffs, including the small gifts they gave us when checkin. They have a little shop next to the lobby, where I bought swimming suites and beach towels with better quality than from other local shops.

Best location and best meals. Kitchen has a magic chef. Whatever we try in menu, it was all awesome. Also few hotels which has sun beds. If you wanna catch the most shadowed one, you should come with your towel at 07:55 a.m.) Don’t be lazy set your alarm and enjoy first diving in the amazing turquoise water. Also staff was friendly and helpful.

AustraliaThis is the perfect beachfront hotel. Located on the quieter end on the beach at Station 3, Villa Caemilla offers the most beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday. We just returned to Australia after a 2 week stay here and loved every minute. The staff were all amazing and went out to their way to make our stay special. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and you are steps away for the white sand beach and aqua ocean. The sunsets are magical too. I adore Villa Caemilla and the team of brilliant staff. We will be back.

GermanyWe stayed here within our philippines roundtrip holiday and had the best possible time. Its located at the beginning of the beach so its relaxing peaceful with the most beautiful part of the beach in front but still walkdistance to all the party funspots of boracay. The food was exceptionally good and the rooms were cozy with a really comfy bed. But what made our stay a real perfect one were the absolutely lovely and welcoming staff members (all of them!) a special shoutout to christy from the F&B department, what an outstanting, lovely person. Thumbs up and a 100% recommendation to stay there

United KingdomThe warm & humid weather (March) meant we would have loved a pool to relax in at times, but certainly nothing to complain about!
The staff were the highlight - going above & beyond the entire stay! The main waitress remembered that my wife was allergic to chocolate, and remembered our drink orders night after night. The room was very nice, and the food & drinks, right on the beach, were lovely! The laundry service was quick and cheap, returned in less than 24 hours. The 500PHP daily food & drinks voucher was great, too! The location, at the edge of the bars & restaurants, meant it was a bit quieter, which was perfect for us, as all other bars & restaurants were within a 20 minute walk max, along the beach.

United KingdomI have already reviewed this excellent property and the only thing I want to add is that it’s not suitable for anyone with walking difficulty . The hotel is on the beach with no hard surfaces for wheelchairs and access to any type of transportation is through 500 meter walk along the beach and up a narrow alleyway

United KingdomBedroom’s only source of light is the entirely glass front so with curtains open there’s a lack of privacy particularly on the ground floor Breakfast is from a menu and not a buffet and not included but you do get ₱500 allowance towards it and what you get is good
This is a gem of a hotel Staff unbelievably friendly and helpful Room and bathroom excellent for the money Food very good. It’s right on the beach in Station 3 which can not, in fairness , be described as quiet but it’s a lot more peaceful than station 2 Lack of a pool not a big deal A great discovery for short breaks if you live in The Philippines I will 100% be back
