Absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet rooms with great amenities. Staff were generous and knowledgeable. Perfect location within walking distance to areas like Alfama, Bario Alto and other sights. Easy walking distance the main tram and bus routes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean comfortable , close to lots of bars shops and restaurants, breakfasts were very good. Beds comfortable staff very nice and helpful. The street outside is closed off to traffic presently and this winter a quiet nights sleep

They greeted us warmly, we had been there just three days prior, and that made check in that much easier. Champagne waited for us in the room. We had one of the family style suites. Location can’t be beat. Came back for the espresso martini at the bar.

We had a lovely time here. The location was PERFECT. The staff were wonderful. Sebastian at the front desk was lovely and helped us check in early. We enjoyed their breakfast every day- great variety and convenient. The espresso martini at the hotel bar is the best I’ve had. The rooms were wonderful, and coffee and waters were available for guests in the lobby - super convenient.

We were on a sisters trip to Lisbon where we had the most amazing time and our hotel made the trip even more special. The lovely staff at the hotel were very attentive. We reached way before check in time so our room wasn't ready. Instead of asking us to just drop our suitcases and come back, we were offered complimentary welcome drinks at the lovely bar and ended up with a room upgrade as well. Melanie and everyone at reception were super helpful. The breakfast was perfect and not rushed. The rooms and bathrooms were so much more spacious and comfortable than we had expected of a city hotel. Everything was thought of -robes and slippers, rain showers, even hair straightening irons in the room. And the location is absolutely perfect..we walked everywhere! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and I'm sure we will be back...

We stayed at the beginning of our trip and enjoyed it so much we returned to stay again at the end. The front desk staff (especially Melanie and Martha) provided 5 star service, exceeding our expectations and making sure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a ton of variety and the morning restaurant staff were courteous and kind. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure. We switched rooms at one point (thanks again to Melanie for arranging it while we toured the city) and my wife left an AirPod behind. The housekeeping staff found it, set it aside and labeled it so the front desk staff could easily locate it later - which made our return flight much more enjoyable. It’s centrally located near a metro station and the train station, easy walking distance to tons of sights and restaurants. Cabs are easy to find at Praça de Figueira and the airport transfer service the hotel offers is quick and convenient. End to end, just a great experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing. I can’t find any fault The only thing to be aware of is the hotel is on a no through road so you can’t get a cab from right outside the door but it’s such a good location and taxi and main area is about 100 yards away. Great location

Staff were amazing. They helped book trips and gave us advice. They even gave us a comp upgrade for my husbands bday with a bottle of bubbly. I forgot a eu plug and they had one. Comp custard tarts, coffee and water in the lobby. Beautiful decor and beautiful food in restaurant. Great location and beautiful rooms.

most of the staff are friendly and. really helpful,,but I encountered one lady which was a bit rude and un welcoming, regardless that doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay anyways. also one thing I noticed there aren't much facilities in the hotel

the hotel located near the center which you can access a lot of shops and restaurants.the hotel theme is very cosy I liked the varieties of food options for breakfast in addtion the prices for dinner are reasonable. as for the rooms they are super clean might be bit cosy but the beds are so comfortable.
