Location wise it’s maybe a little far away from the hustle of the old town, but it’s so easy to get to the busier areas with two metros stations close by, and it is walkable. That said the area is lovely still and great views of the city so I’m still pleased we stayed here.

Although the breakfast was lovely it was very busy, and sometimes I'd be waiting 10 minutes after asking for tea for it to arrive.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. I loved the little things like the great turn down service, and they even left chocolates on my bed and my slippers at the side of my bed!

Nothing not to like

The hotel was lovely -most of the staff were nice some were vague but that might just be how they are ! I would recommend this hotel It’s a good walk to the main designer shops /strip but it’s all down hill -coming back get an Uber nice and cheap as it has lots of cobble street and heels

That I didn't book for a longer stay!

This is an exceptional location with easy route and access to many areas of the city. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly no matter the ask. The facilites in the room are very good and comfortable with some extras like a scale for checking your luggage. There's a great variety at the breakfast buffet and the Allora restaurant is also superb, again with great service and attention. As a lone traveller I was well looked after. Make time to experience the spa and all it offers it will add to the experience.

What can I say! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hospitality, friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. The place looks fabulous and is such a great distance from the city centre - 15/20 mins walk. The spa was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned and stocked up atleast 2x per day - which is amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, being a vegetarian I felt there was a good range.

The mattress in my room was way too old and needed to be replaced. The location was not excellent if you wanted to explore on foot the old town and many of the museums

Room ceiling was a bit low but not a game changer, walk-in shower world be nicer, though there is bath tube. Pool area is quite small so it gets busy very fast during sunny days.

Comfortable room, beautiful lobby with nice bar, attentive and friendly stuff. Good gym. Pretty good located within 15- 20 minutes walk to centre or shops area. Pool at the rooftop with amassing views in the city and bar.
