The things that I didn't like were not the end of the world. Just my own personal preference. The two things that I wasn't a fan of was the lack of a cooked breakfast. The continental was excellent though. Second was the playing of smooth jazz, again this is personal preference and not the end of the world.

The room was nice and spacious and clean. The small bottle of port was a nice little touch. The location was really good for exploring the city.

Room size ok for one person, maybe for two a little small? Bathroom with glass walls. I know this is modern, and you don't really see inside, but I still wouldn't like it if there was someone else in the room with me. Some corners in bathroom sink and shower difficult to keep clean because the water needs some time to run off.

Perfect location in the old town. All the staff extraordinarily friendly! Great breakfast after which I didn't need lunch during the day. Bed very comfortable, very good windows that hardly let in any noise.

Conflicted about this property because we stayed here twice during our trip and the first stay was perfect however on our last stay we were given a room that had a really bad smell…like musty gym bag smell. We couldn’t pinpoint it but eventually found that it was the sheets/bedding. They couldn’t change our room as it was full for the night. The smell was so strong it lingered on my Pjs two days later. All the other rooms our family had here were perfectly fine though.

The location is very central for shopping, sight seeing and getting food by just walking. The breakfast was delicious and packed with a good amount of options. They even had fresh orange juice which was a pleasant surprise. Staff are all very kind. We also really enjoyed the afternoon snacks that they provided. Beds were firm which we all liked and the best thing was the shower water pressure!

Quiet room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast every morning, snacks, coffee and tea offered every afternoon and evening. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is perfectly located… super close to restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, the river, the metro. We walked everywhere and took the metro (subway) to the airport.

Bottom sheet on the bed felt itchy and not a great thread count… rest of the bedding was good though …. Tea and coffee in the lounge really wasn’t available 24 hours like they said it would be. Minor things but easily fixed.

The room temperature was difficult to adjust but was still pleasant. Room a little on the compact side but fully functional.

Hotel location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city close to so many sights, restaurants, bars and shopping. The room decor was very tasteful, and the bathroom was beautiful. The shower pressure was amazing.

A little bit too much visibility to the bathroom for our taste. The room is perfect but it would have been so great to have 4 hooks in the entrance to hang our jackets / other clothes as the closet was liw we coukd not hang them there.

The location and design in the room. The breakfast was excellent so full point for it. Friendly staff and water in the room. Quiet despite behind very central. Very comfortable bed.
