Staff are so helpful and friendly, they couldn't have done more for us. Gorgeous hotel, super clean, fantastic location. Lovely fresh breakfast every morning and the Japanese- Peruvian restaurant at the hotel had beautiful food and drinks. We were there in January, and they let us have a late check out free of charge, very kind and generous of them. Best boutique hotel we ever stayed at. We will definitely be back again.

Centrally located in historic district. Beautifully appointed new hotel, staff are friendly & attentive to guests’ needs, breakfasts were superb, table dishes & utensils are excellent, bed & lines are comfortable & luxurious. Rooms are spacious. I’d definitely come back.

The breakfast menu was fabulous. The bed was super comfy! The blue painted walls were beautiful! But, the piece de resistance was the in-house restaurant, Ponja, which presented a Peruvian Japanese fusion . The food that we ate there could have been in a Michelin rated restaurant!

Excellent location. Close to the action, tram, metro, and bus. Very friendly AND professional staff! Room was very clean, bathroom excellent, and bed comfortable. Good value for money.

That cost me a totally unnecessary $40.
Breakfast selection and service were exceptional, although the selection was scaled back on the last day for an unexplained reason. Personalized offering was still very good. Housekeeping was also exceptional--twice daily.

more than anything, the staff. i have never met such an attentive, kind team, from the doormen to the team at the reception, the waiters and the housekeeping staff. They did everything possible to accommodate our needs. My friend was sick and they helped her so much and even extended our late checkout. Besides that, the room was tasteful and the bathroom was generous in size. Breakfast was excellent, exactly what I liked. I highly recommend this hotel.
