It has a wonderful sea view and the baerkfast was good veay good location, many restruant but most of them are chinese food and there is a cable car all the way to the Oceanário de Lisboa and it was good

the bedroom layout was not ideal. There was a lack of signage in the shower that made it difficult and a good deal of dunking in cold water - not ideal. Second to layout of the toilet was poor require a degree of mobility to negotiate the transition into the room over the bidet. Again on idea particularly in the dark

the staff were brilliant. The breakfast meal was exceptional with a wonderful sunrise view. The staff accommodated our meal requirements for our evening meal which was very good.

They had a perfect view of the Tagus River from the room, but the windows were dirty. Also, the TV is ancient and unable to connect to a smartphone to transmit its content or music; they do not have any connection to the speakers. For the price paid, I expected better technology in the room.

The room was excellent, the decoration was exquisite, and the quality of the room was perfect. All the facilities feel premium and spotless, a highlight for the bathroom and the spa bathtub. Also, the staff is precise and eager to help with any matter.

Turkish sauna was out of service. I didn't appreciate the fact that needed to pay extra 80 euro for my guest attending SPA with me. I have stayed there for 2 weeks, and attended the infinity pool (not exactly infinity) only once and had to pay for my guest. There was some leaking door in the shower upon arrival, but staff was very receptive and repaired everything, but would be awesome to avoid completely those issues in the future.

Staff was extremely helpful with small problems discovered upon checking in and during the stay. Breakfast was very good, although little changes with the assortiment wouldn't hurt (especially for people who stay there longer than 1 week). The restaurant staff would benefit from extra training to notice what really needed and not just making polite smiles and greetings. The front desk staff was very helpful, and I really appreciated opportunity to Whatsapp them with any request. Valet service exceptional as well. Liked a lot the evening service, when you come to your room, and it is ready for you with small but visible touches (even though morning service was done already).

The hotel is incredible with a beautiful view of the river, the room is very comfortable, the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant could not be better! I really recommend this hotel and the restaurant for dinner.

For a hotel of this standard, I believe breakfast should be way better. Omelets/Eggs weren't freshly made, they were placed in the buffet. I asked for any type of vegan milk to pour into my coffee and waited a long time for the server to explain that would not be possible because they had two "machines" that do that and both were broken (which is weird, because you can also warm up milk on the stovetop, right?).

The view is simply the best. Its unique location and view make you sometimes feel like you are inside a cruise ship. The room isn't big, but it has everything you need, all the accessories and amenities of a 5-star hotel. The hair dryer is very potent! Moreover, I love that the fitness room has brand-new equipment and is open 24/10. Super friendly staff.
