Location is just amazing right next to the Arch of Lisbon. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was new and great. The heating was excellent. Breakfast was provided at a nearby 5 start hotel of the same group and was really worth the 2 minute walk to get there. Probably was the best breakfast we had in Lisbon.

The room was comfortable and we particularly liked the spacious bathroom with plenty of room to place our toiletries - quite rare! The hotel was right in the centre of Lisbon and fortunately on a quiet road which is a real bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. A new cafe attached to the hotel, but also available to non-residents, provides an excellent light breakfast at, to our minds at least, a reasonable cost. We ate there all of our 4 mornings.

The room was quite cold and we had to request heat. No body lotion provided and apparently you have to request this too. Not sure about the bathroom only having clear glass doors.

Breakfast is excellent although at a different hotel. However, a coffee station is kindly provided in the bar in the mornings. The beds are fabulously comfortable and the shower is great. Lovely VIP gesture provided for my partners birthday and the staff we very helpful, especially Joao and Sara

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, appreciating everything from the friendly and cheerful staff to the fantastic location. The breakfast was delightful, and whether interacting with the staff in the breakfast corner or at the reception, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. I had an amazing time during my visit. The room is clean and the location is truly outstanding; a mere turn around the corner leads you to the mesmerising ocean. The street, being an inner one, ensures a quieter atmosphere at night. However, for those who enjoy parties or music, just around the corner offers vibrant options. Overall, I would unquestionably choose to book this hotel again!

The view from the room...as there was a construction site in from of the hotel. They blocked two times the value of the booking and the money got released after 2 weeks more or less....this was due to their bank. So pay in advance for everything or use the same card, otherwise you might be double charged (for a short period)

perfect location to start exploring Lisbon. Close to the main square, restaurants at a very short walk, everything it's close! The breakfast is rich and there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff is was very helpful as well!

When we were checking out, they couldn’t verify which card we’d used initially to pay for the stay and I had to produce the receipt to prove that it was paid upon check-in. This delay almost caused us to miss our flight.

Great location. We had a really nice room. Good buffet breakfast. The welcome snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
