Their check in time starts at 4pm and they charge a small fee for in-room coffee pods.

A wonderful experience! The place is located right on a stunning seaside. There is plenty of free parking available. Everything is very modern and clean, including the small spa (pool with and two little saunas). Breakfast was superb, with plenty of options available. The staff we've met across the facility were all the kindest and most helpful. Overally, I'll be very glad to return one day.

Bathroom extraction fan was faulty, I guess I got one of the worst rooms in the hotel but still perfect price for only one night stand. I guess given the fact the hotel had only a few guests, they could perfectly assigned me a better room.

Staff courtesy, location and general facilities. Always my first choice at Praia Da Vitoria city. Right across the hotel there's one of the best beaches in the Azores and I know it for sure cause I'm Azorean born.

Great location close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. The view from the balcony of the marina and beach was amazing. The breakfast was outstanding. It had plenty of breakfast items to choose from to satisfy any appetite. The staff was efficient and friendly.

the only negative comment is the building is not sound proof, we can hear the toilets flushing of the other appartements and planes flying in at night, last plane i heard was close to midnight

The sign at the hotel said the price for a toddler was free, yet when we checked in we were charged. They said the hotel changed management just before we arrived and they had not yet changed the signs. Would have rathered they honored the sign they had already displayed. The overall stay was still enjoyable though and the staff was friendly. I would like to note that while we were staying a couple of days later the sign was changed to include a price for toddlers. *

Elegantly remodeled, great amenities, small kitchen, tastefully decorated bathroom with bidet, wide bed, balcony overlooking the ocean. great breakfast and particularly kind staff hoing out if thei way to meet your (readonable) desires. A short stay in paradise for a very decent cost.

There were some noisy guests above my room, and I did not sleep well. I realize that their behavior is not the hotel's fault, but when the hotel is not full, I think the reception staff could choose the location of guest's rooms more strategically to reduce the potential of noise from other nearby guests. Also, when I took a shower in the morning water leaked from the end of the shower hose where it connects to the shower head, and water ran down the tile wall and onto the bathroom floor that I couldn't prevent, and I had to use towels to clean it up afterwards.

The breakfast was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Bacon, eggs, croissants, several cheeses, hams, bread, butter, coffee, tea, cereals, juices, and more; everything was fresh and delicious. The room was also very clean, and the location was perfect. Friendly reception.

1) the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful... they gave us towels for the Beach and electricity adapters... the staff also did their best to tell us details about the island and booking a taxi driver... 2) The breakfast was plentiful... the plates was diverse and fresh as could be... we were surprised... 3) Location was great right in the city center next to the beach and restaurants...

I stayed in 3 hotels described as 4* in the Azores and this was the one that didn’t match that. The lovely staff can’t overcome the lack of facilities. But, proximity to airport and beach make it very attractive. If you’re in a rush, it’s a good option and good value.
