Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

This was my third visit to Iasi and second time stay in this hotel. Owing to location, I would say this is the best hotel in Iasi. It is a nice 4-5 stars hotel facing the Palace mall and was surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants. Easy stay, available food, available coffee, shopping and easy transportation. Go for it

Everything was great
Great hotel! Amazing location, very clean, children friendly. My niece found a small gift for her during room check in (a toy and ballon). Rooms has very beautiful and elegant interiors, perfectly clean! Breakfast was amazing.

The staff is really well manerred and ready to help. They even tell you if there is gonna be outside noise if you choose a certain view of the room. The room was normal size with a seating area next to the bed, enough closet space, minibar, the bathroom fully equiped, with a walk-in shower. Quiet hallways. Overall I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable when I was in there.

Maybe the time to check in could be shortened, special in case when the customer came not for the first time.
It is a very good hotel; modern, clean, friendly. The location is great and staff quite professional.

Don’t book level 8,9,10 level room on week-ends if you want to go to sleep before 3am. Parties at top level.

it is my fourth time in this hotel, everything is excellent, but they have old and not comfortable pillows, same problem since the beginning. if I stay longer, I bring my own, but they should change them nevertheless
the hotel is in the heart of the city, close to everything. depending on the room, you may view the palace - the main landmark.

I was not happy at all with the reception and the employee from the SPA. The fact that I was asked for a bank card for the guarantee, and this is random, being asked for every customer, was an offense to me. Then, the SPA employee has a disturbing behavior. He also uses street shoes inside the SPA center. As for the instant coffee and the teas in the room, they are cheap and of questionable quality.
I liked the fact that the hotel is a quiet one with warm colors throughout. The rooms are spacious, elegant and there is nothing to disturb you. The breakfast is as expected, varied and of high quality! I have only words of praise for the young people at breakfast - with a lot of good sense!

The gym could be upgraded, the treadmills needs maintenance. The price I would say it is just a bit over the services, but overall was all nice and good.
The location is great, very dynamic and diverse and fun the Palas area. Just near the Culture Palace, great area and view. The pool is nice. Breakfast diverse and good.

Shame there’s no bar. Breakfast hot food is disappointing and not kept hot Food in Tyrol Restaurant was reasonable but not exceptional.

I think the hotel needs some renovation. This time we have unpleasant smell in bathroom and main room. At breakfast there wasn’t fish, regularly it was salmon( So, we eat salmon every morning and we can’t do it this time.
When we come to Iasi, we always stay in Hotel International. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean.
