The hotel needs a full reconstruction, the room was a decent size but total worn down, uncomfortable bed, very small bathroom and the room has a lot of exposed walls

The bath is tiny. Cleaning could be improved (I found some plastic bags on the balcony from the previous tourists).

Big rooms, with balcony, in a quiet area, 15-20 min. from the center. I appreciated the free parking in a crowded city. We went in December for the Christmas Fair and the rooms were well heated.

A bit outdated, room is clean, but rest of hotel not so much. I dont know from were warm water is coming but it needs 5-10 minutes to get to room when tap is initially opened and pressure is not always great. Heating was not great at some periods of the day. No hairdryer.

Great value for money, 15 min walk to city center ,free parking, clean room, fast free WIFI, fridge, there is petrol station, 2 supermarkets and McDonalds near. Staff is very polite.

Was expecting a minibar in the room since there was a fridge under the TV, but it wasn't that big of a deal, just a minor thing.

It's not modern, it gives you 70s/80s hotel vibes. ( but for the money it's acceptable). No hot water.

We had to stay just one night so the fact that the furniture was old didn't bothered us. The rooms us clean, we could check in at short notice, at 8 p.m., we had an interior parking lot, our bathroom was big. The AC was somehow working ( we had problems with the remote). We also had a fridge in the room.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, could feel the springs through the mattress but we found a duvet in the wardrobe and put that between the mattress and the sheet and actually had quite a good sleep.

Lovely spacious room, staff friendly, good location for onward travel. Would be happy to stay again.

Helpful staff, clean not bad at all WiFi and air-conditioned which helped in hot days.

The double bed and sofa room had only 1 set of towels. Same for drinking glasses. Although we were two guests. The hot tap water was lukewarm instead of hot. When we let the water drain from the bath tub, the water flooded the bathroom floor. The next morning we told the service person and he tried to find excuses for it instead of solutions. Also, in the bathroom, the sink tap was dirty and having lots of dirt spots. No mosquito nets in the bedroom window, just the bathroom.

Their POS wasn't working, so I had to go to the city and find an ATM The bathroom is hilariously small, like you have to take your pants off in the room if you need to go sit on the toilet. I think I managed to take them off inside the bathroom when I showered, though There is no elevator, but they only have the ground floor, two extra floors and an attic with two rooms or so None of these were major annoyances. I would gladly stay there again.

Very friendly staff. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, close to the center, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. It also has a parking space for 7-8 cars.

The temperature was so low in the room that I cach a cold. I ask for heat because it was off and the turn it on for an hour, but after that it was soon cold again. I was told that I am more sensitive because I am a woman. Because of that I did not feel confortable at all during my stay.

Noisy and lots of cigar smoke, bad smell inside the hallway and the rooms. Air conditioning was not working and was not cleaned in a long time. Room was dirty, bathroom had dust and a bit of mold on the panels.

Location was quite central. Good small refrigerator in the room. Room was big.
