You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomSome of the staff members, won't mention names have an attitude that needs to be adjusted. It did come across as "discrimination" sometimes. But we were nice enough to let it go.
Magical. Northern Lights paid us a visit, it was jaw dropping. I cried a lot. it was something else You have to be there to experience this phenomenal hotel. It needs planning and a good budget to be able to experience it to the max. This trip will remain in my heart forever. I still can't believe it.

United KingdomPerhaps an option or two outside set menu at dinner (having said that I didn’t ask) and maybe a few child friendly options for self organised fun near hotel (equipment and location). At four nights probably stayed one night too long as we restarted the menu rota so suggest restricting stay to 2, max 3 nights.
Ultra friendly (without being intrusive), stylish whilst being informal and small but not crowded. Service extremely accommodating around food for kids and liked the privacy of the tours. Spa and treatments were great, loved the river bath.

NetherlandsIt was a dream come true with regards to remote location in the Arctic, the views, the sunrises and the hotel itself. The staff went above and beyond to do everything for me. The sauna facilities were small but excellent with hottubs overlooking the lake, absolute stunning. The spa treatments were relaxing and heartwarming. The food was very high standard and fantastic wine pairings, both Swedish wines and imports. They also made great cocktails;-)

United States of AmericaIt’s so special and different that I can’t compare it to other hotels. Walking out in the cold or rain from your private river front cabin to walk to the main building wasn’t always the easiest thing to do but that’s all part of having a private cabin away from the noise.

United States of AmericaRoom service would have been nice. Then again when our son was sick, they prepared special meals for him and delivered it to the room.
The location is absolutely fantastic. So beautiful and so peaceful. Meals were absolutely delicious. The hotel organized a bunch of activities for us, all of which were delightful. The arctic bath plunge is very hard, but a must do with their whole sauna-arctic bath routine.
