The restaurant (Pub Eden) closed at 10pm, so, when I came back from the aurora tour the kitchen was closed, and no option for food anymore for children. There is a handicraft store, but unfortunately, it did not open during my stay. The hotel entrance is not the address written on the website, and when I arrived, I just followed Google Maps, but I had to go around the quarter to find the entrance, behind the Artic Thai restaurant (on the snow, with luggage and children). Internet was not so good.

Beautiful decoration, great atmosphere. Simple and good breakfast. Fresh fruits, crispy breads, and a nice coffee. I stayed in a family room. The room is big and clean. comfortable, with a warm floor in the bathroom, and a good shower. Options for coffee, tea, and hotel chocolate in the room and reception. Good staff, friendly. Pulkas available for children. Hotel is close to the train station, but far from the new city center.

it is not walking distance from the centre, but the bus stop is across the road from the hotel.

The breakfast is great (especially for a typical European hotel . The hotel met our expectations. comfortable beds and bedding, clean room etc. Our basin was blocked but was fixed in 10 minutes so the staff are really efficient. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (bar) inside the hotel is very nice and food is great!

The breakfast was good enough! The bedroom was comfortable and neat. The pool area seem to be going under renovations but we still manage to take a nice swim. The location overall is really good in the old city center.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in Kiruna for four nights and I must say, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a great start to the day. One of the highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. It is situated close to two supermarkets and several bus stops, making it easy to get supplies. It is also one of the main accommodations for which most tour companies offer pickup services. A bonus was its proximity to Stejk, arguably the best food truck in Kiruna. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Kiruna and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was quite cold so it made my stay uncomfortable.

Location was excellent. Room was big enough and had a great entrance area where you could keep your luggage and hang your coats.

Hotel reception appeared very short staffed, receptionist couldn’t answer our simple questions on checking about access to local buses. Staff felt a bit distracted.

Less flexibility for the breakfast time, as you need to book a 45 minutes timeslot one day in advance. Still very busy in the breakfast restaurant.

Staff need to keep up with refilling the food. On one occasion I wentvto breakfast slightly later than usual and found a lot of food bowls were empty, there was only 1 type of bread etc.

The swimming pool is too cold for swimming. The breakfast was not great compared to other days. They run out of so many things. There was barely any bread. No salmon, pancakes, cheese, fruit, vegetables, jam. The room misses isolation. You hear your neighbours taking a shower and you hear everyone who walks through the corridor.

Nice room. The jacuzzi was really nice.

The new building was 2 weeks old and it looked like not everything was finished, like the lock on the outside door. The sauna in our room did not work properly, so we could not use it. Fortunately they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The swimming pool is super cold.

The new building is 3 weeks old, so everything in the room was brand new. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of healthy choices like nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruit. Comfortable beds. Close to bus stop.

Hotel was warm and cosy, room was comfortable and well sized, breakfast was good. Only about 20 mins walk from the train station. The hotel stored our luggage for us after we checked out and we collected it later

Maybe the person at the reception could show more welcome. But maybe, it’s a general behaviour in Sweden.

Very clean , calm and nice hotel. It include a restaurant, swimming pool and spa area. The breakfast is great. There is also a Thai restaurant outside, just 100m. Very good.

Breakfast was great, but the other eat in options at the hotel, were limited, and very expensive.

All staff were friendly. Our room was comfortable. Always cleaned nicely.
