The room was across the street from the reception and the restaurant, hence a need to go outside to get there. Either of the two available wi-fi networks didn't work well. The room needs an additional light at the entry area (where the mirror is).

Clean room with everything you need for a short stay. Friendly staff. Just 3 minutes to the central train station. Decent breakfasts and dinners.

Some parts could have been cleaner. Some dust and dirt, especially cups in the room.

Lovely little hotel that consist of two parts (buildings). Room was nice, lovely view to the sea and park. Quiet. Everything you need. Breakfast was just fine, wish has a few more hot foods. Dinner is light and tasty.

The breakfast was just OK, not great. The staff is not there 24 hours. They close the front desk at 2200. I tried contacting them a few minutes before they close when I realized we wanted an extra blanket, but they had already left.

The location was excellent, with quick access to the train station and multiple parks. It was nice to have a balcony. The room was spacious.

The entrance to the annex building where we stayed was somewhat shabby. Late noise from the pedestrians during friday/saturday nights.

Nice breakfast, good room, friendly personnel and in walking distance of city centre. The walking tour Landborgspromenaden starts straight from the hotel and is beautiful and diverse, going north.

Navigating the stairs to reception and into the building across the road was tricky with a lot of luggage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfy. Iron and ironing board was available from reception. Bathroom was nice and the room had a mini fridge & smart TV. Conveniently close to the bus/train station, Ferry Terminal, shopping on Bruksgatan, and Kärnan.

Room was ridiculously hot! No A/C and opening windows did not help. It was a normal sunny summers day (25 C) and the room felt like a sauna. Very little sink space and no space to do hair & make-up. Beds were a bit too bouncy and quite small.

Location very good, parking nearby (very small garage, watch out with big cars). Breakfast was very good, though a bit intimate with some of the other guests not knowing how to keep normal distance between complete strangers. Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy to walk to the main sights in Helsingborg. Beware, many restaurants are closed on Sunday evening. Quiet hotel (eventhough it seemed to be fully booked). Water temperature and pressure in the shower was very good - but no vent to get moisture out of the bathroom.

You normally get a log on password in the room, so I missed the fact that it was in the lift. The breakfast was OK...by that I mean 'good', but there could have been more choice and quality...like no Italian ham We had to have our coffee out of paper cups as no other cups/mugs (apart from small ones) were available..we were a bit late down. also the layout of the breakfast table could have been better. There are 2 lounges where you can take breakfast. The one at street level is very good, the one on the mezzanine floor was a bit second rate. (We had to take the mezzanine).

The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was like an old hotel in France..a certain decadence which we liked. The parking (once the app was downloaded) was cheap and easy. The young lady on the desk was also very efficient and in a very pleasant way. We were in Helsingborg in order to visit Louisiana Museum in Denmark. The hotel was perfectly situated for the ferry.

It was quite cold in the room, even in June, I tried turning up the heating but it kept blowing coldish air through the vent system. The only other thing that I lacked was slippers. But great value for price in any case, would definitely come again.

Great location. The room was clean, cozy and had with a smart TV. Very nice breakfast. Pleasant staff.
