The furniture was oldish, the walls had spider web, the bathroom a little bit narrow. The room was not heated, even if the bathroom was. The blanket was thin and the bedding was torn.

The room was big and had a couch for a third person to sleep. The bathroom had a magnifier mirror that you receive at 4 stars hotel, in general.

The bathroom door doesn't close 100% tight. Not a big problem but it is not 100% private if you are not a couple. The breakfast area was very busy and the staff struggled with the turnaround.

The madras was to hard - for me. The room was okay, but not more than that. There was 2 bottle of free water, but no bottle opener. Most of the bathroom floor was soaking wet after the shower. There was only one chair in a 2-people room. All in all the stay was value for the money, as we only paid around 77 EUR for two people, one night - with breakfast. However the same stay costs 322 EUR in the Eurovision weekend, which is completely insane!

Room is a little bit worn out and benefit from a renovation.

Such a good value for money. We had a room facing the street and canal with a very nice view. Very soft and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and nice quality. The lobby has coffee and tea available 24/7. Convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the station.

I was woken up in the middle of the night by an alarm, from what I understood it was a fire alarm set off by someone smoking in their room. Of course that's not the hotel's fault, but it would've been nice to be compensated in some way for the disturbance, maybe with a little extra treat at breakfast the next morning, or something! Please arrange for conditioner in the shower!! Clean the windows in the hallways leading up to the rooms. Some kind of hook on the wall in the room would've been nice to just hang a coat or something.

I really liked the room (room 551), very cosy and unique. The male staff in the reception was very friendly. The breakfast was decent, nothing to complain about. Great location near Malmö Centralstation and just minutes away from parks, shops etc.

Friendly staff and the check-in was very smooth. Due to late check-in got extra hour to check out. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Bathroom was also very good. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall, the hotel had everything which one can ask for. Highly recommended.
