The staff were quite helpful; and friendly (by Nordic standards). Service was fine and I received all what I asked for. Additionally, they accommodated a 2-hour late check-out for a reasonable fee, which I found to be fair. There is a 7-23 supermarket donwstairs maybe 15 m away from the hotel entrance.

inner courtyard view looks over a well used 5 a side football and basketball practice court,so could be entertaining or a bit noisy depending on your point of view.Dont worry wont affect your sleep as closes about 9pm. Location about 10m walk from airport bus dropoff at norra stationsgatan and 10m walk to odenplan an area full of bars and restaurants,and metro station,and busy bus routes.

The only downsides and I had to think hard, no actual drawers in the room, just shelving and hanging, and only a plug on one side of the bed, another plug over by the tv on the opposite wall, there was another under the bed but I just used the one across the room.

Lovely staff, nice hotel, very comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor, quiet at night, breakfast included in the price and was excellent with a wide range of food for everyone, my daughter is vegan and had plenty of choice. They upgraded us from a standard twin to a premium twin, our room was on 7 floor with a view of the street below on the supermarket side (which is next to the hotel and very good) within a 5-10 mins walk to Odenplan station where you can travel to most parts of the city including the airport via the SL travel system.

Excellent breakfast, excellent staff at the reception and at the breakfast area. Close proximity to metro. We also got an upgrade. Supermarket downstairs if you need anything. Gluten free options. I could write a whole story on how good the breakfast was. 5 stars for the hotel.

The hospitality and kindness of some staff during the rush hours like the end of breakfast could have been a bit better. While I was squeezing oranges for myself and my friend after waiting in a queue, one staff member insisted that I stop immediately as it was 10 o'clock. There were still some other guests present like us in the dining hall finishing up their breakfasts. I managed to convince the staff member to allow me to continue, as it would have been wasteful otherwise since I had already cut the oranges. I regret that we arrived there later than ideal and caused stress. I truly appreciate the hard work of the staff and understand the importance of maintaining workflow and punctuality. However, this incident left a less-than-ideal impression on our first day there and made us feel a bit stressed too. Overall, everything else was wonderful. Thank you!

Our room was perfect, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The reception team was also very helpful throughout our stay. The room size suited both of us perfectly, and it was super comfortable. I was travelling with my friend, we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The heating issue in my room has not been sorted out. We were given the electric heater for 2 days. No updates had been received regarding the issue, a bit dissapointed.

Everything was amazing. Really liked the staff, they were super friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was truly delicious. One of the best we've ever had. We also liked the location - the supermarket was right next to the hotel.

We were first given a room facing the inner yard, which surprisingly was a football field with bright lights and boys playing some kind of ball sport. After two balls hit our window we asked to change and got a room facing the street instead (friendly service, no problem). However, good to know that might happen.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, good value for money and very very tasty breakfast!
