Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing negative
Everything was perfect, beyond my expectations. One of the most comfortable beds in hotel I've been to, very clean bathroom and kind staff, the 24h reception responded immediately to our questions, amazing breakfast with so many options, nice location, great amenities, and the quality-price ratio is very good. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

It is not a big negative but consider that the hotel is 20 min walk from the old town
Amazing design, super clean, the gym is absolutely fully equipped and the breakfast is the highlight. The service is absolutely amazing.

I assumed it would of been 2 single beds, we had no window & it was such a small room.
Breakfast was lovely. Place was modern. Felt safe. Staff were friendly. Check in & out was easy. It was clean & done the job.

Hard to get a car parking, we needed to look for car parking for over 2 hours and i did get little expensive

Our room was super small, but it was affordable. Was worth it for the amenities and customer service, but would have liked a window

Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable as the mattress was extremely soft - but that is of course also depending on the personnel preferences..
The breakfast selection was extremely good and with high quality. The hotel in general has a very cool style, great bar, great atmosphere and very friendly personnel. The location is a bit "far out", we did however walk to gamla stan, vasa museum etc. from there. But there is also the possiblity to take public transportation if you don't want to walk that far.

Check in is at 15:00 which is quite late, but staff managed to get our room and hour early, so that was great :)
Staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was quite small, but that was expected and we were quite comfortable :) We had a room without window, but it had vey good ventilation and we didn't feel like there is no air. Bed comfy and breakfast was delicious, good options.

The gym was really clean and was honestly perfectly fine to get a workout session in, but it would've been nice to make way more use of the cable machine. It would go a long way if there were a few more attachments so you can easily do other movements like a rope/straight bar for Tricep extensions and other exercises. Seemed a shame that there was only one attachment for such an expensive machine! It was a minor issue as I had noise cancelling headphones, but the music in the gym was also very loud, I couldn't find a way to turn it down but having some remote or knob to control it would be good.
Great staff and lovely bar staff in particular. Everyone was very friendly and approachable! The location was really central, it was very straight forward to get to the centre of the city and there were some great cafe's (highly recommend Wilmer!) and restaurants nearby. The room was really spacious and clean with a large TV which was great to watch stuff on after a long day. The shower was also fantastic.

Room was very small and there was no air con in the room so was very hot and uncomfortable during the night.
Very modern trendy hotel. Transport links nearby to get into the centre. Good selection at breakfast. Lovely decor with nice touches on the toiletries.
