We stayed for one night on our way to Stockholm. The cottages are located on a farm in the countryside near Örebro, and the surroundings are very peaceful. Despite us having made something wrong in the booking process, the owners were very kind and helpful.

we stayed one night in the middle of our trip from Stockholm to Gothenburg. It was lovely and clean. Communication with the owner was easy, we entered our place easily although we arrived rather late. The beds and the ceiling on the entresol level were good for people 180 cm.

the landscape is beautiful, staff was very friendly we came very late and the staff was friendly they let us stay a bit longer to rest aswel very good place.

Nice villa in green surroundings, 2 floors. Very good beds, linen. Good kitchen with everything you need to cook. Nice host Carolina. Horses next building.

Enough hot water for two people to shower but not more, you have to wait for water to heat up again.

Lovely little cottage. We’ll kitted out kitchen. Very quiet location. Netflix, laundry facilities, near a town with a couple of restaurants and supermarket etc (5min drive).

The bathroom was bad. It is tiny. If you are a big person you hardly move there and using the shower was almost impossible because watter accumulated on the whole floor after one minute and stayed there long. The bed sheets where old with small holes here and there.

We had a small cottage. It was good for one night. Very quite place in the countryside near Örebro. We liked the little modern kitchen.

Lovely cabin that could use a little bit of care. Can't beat the location, though.

Due to the double-booking the previous guests at the larger cottage had not vacated the premises in time, which meant the hosts had to work quickly to clean up. The previous guests were long-term stays which meant some things were not in order despite the quick cleaning - we had to hand-wash the cutlery and glasses again (they were disgusting), the coffee machine had old coffee grinds and mold (!!), the kitchen lacked soap, coffee, tea and household paper, and some of the blankets smelled a bit funky despite clean, new sheets. However, all the issues we pointed out were quickly solved. The windows lacked black-out curtains - not a problem in November but potentially something that guests would appreciate in summer. Maybe a few more paintings would make it more cozy. Would also be nice to have bedside tables on both sides of the bed. All in all, these are just suggestions, we had a nice stay.

Very service-minded hosts who were quick to reply and help out with issues. They were also kind enough to provide our child with some of their own toys, and bottled water because the water from the well was yellow (but drinkable). Our original cottage hade been double-booked so we were upgraded to a larger cottage, about 700 m further away from the main area (no way to walk between, you have to drive). Location easy to find. Very soft beds. Easy to set temperature and heating. Clean, especially given the conditions of the booking (see below).

Really nice little cottage. There was also a hot tub on site which we could use and which was very nice. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a quiet gettaway.

Kitchen modern according to the rest of.the.cottage..but mice had found.there way into cupboards and not cleaned..Outdated bathroom not.practical for tall people.. .

Everything - I augur that no one gets this experience any more - the communication with the owner too was bad as well. We messaged him on the number provided late at night to which he did not reply, not even after sending a reminder in the morning. Then we messaged on the booking.com messaging to which he replied and said it was not the correct way to message. The number is in fact provided on the contacts to the property. The owner kept justifying himself about how good the property was - the photos shown in the description were not the same of the property and are very misleading. I understand that there are other properties by the same owner, however, this should have been clear that the photos are not of the property as you would be highly disappointed. Never again and hope that no one else has the same disastrous experience which we had. It has been our worst experience throughout all the holidays we have been during the last 20 years or more!

Nothing met our expectations of our holiday at the property. The description of the property in fact is that of a 'deluxe villa'. With all due respect, the property is a total disaster and I am not exaggerating. Take a look at the photos uploaded and you will see the neglect in which the property is. To be honest, the photos do not show the extent of the bad way in which the property was - the floors were sticky, the beds all apart, the pillows all smelly, the washing machine liquid holders mouldy, the oven dirty, the front door held by a rod, sofas dirty, sinks rusty and the list goes on and on. We stayed at the property just for one night since we arrived late in the evening and we could not find any alternative accommodation. We did leave in the morning to another property as the night was a nightmare. This was a perfect way to destroy our plans for a family holiday with two little daughters.

Bed was horrible both in quality and size. I endee up sleeping on the sofa.Also the bathroom was not too good, the entire floor gets wet just by taking a shower.
