It was a bit expensive, especally the restaurant. The lobby could be more cosy.

Great hotel with a wonderful spa. I was there with during the last days of snow (in march) and it is totally worth it to do the spa circuit and go out in the snow and then back into the differnet saunas and warm waters. I would love to come back, although it is in a pretty remote city (not in the way to any other place, except Abisko National Park)

The mattress of the bunk bed was really soft which is completely the opposite of the matress of the kingside bed. The cabins are not really sound proof. You can hear the people next door walk round and talk.

Nice cabins, comfortable bed and breakfast was really good! It's a great location just outside the city center. It looks brand new and the staff was really helpful. We were also lucky to see the northern lights at night.

I am not sure exactly why they let everyone to do an early checkin but me (everybody checked in from 10h30/14h30). I did some tour and make time because I understand checkin times policies, but everybody else that came had a room and knowing that I was waiting, they did not warn me that a cabinet was already free and only learnt it when I asked to the guy who just started afternoon shift to warn me who kindly let me in after a long train travel from stokholm (16h). Other than that staff was nice

Really impressed with this hotel, wish we had stayed here for more nights, great vibe. The cabin rooms are super spacious with a massive comfortable bed. Overall this is a wonderful place which offers so many facilities, with the Spa a definite must.

The bathroom in our cabin was smelling not pleasant and the toilet seat was broken

The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The spa is a great experience although it's about 30 Euro extra per person, so make sure to try it. The ski resort is just 5 minute's walk which is handy. The cabins are super super warm. The overall experience was great.

Booking through the hotel can take some time, usually they answer one per email, perhaps calling is better. The cabin is in a very good condition, though feels it has aged already.

A very nice location, high quality facilities, a lot of activities that can be booked through the hotel. Also hotel provides warm clothes for the activities if you don’t have them warm enough! Kitchen is very good. Warm floor in the bathroom!
