Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff at reception were courteous. They also arranged special vegetarian meal in dinner for us. Good quality of cake was served at Fika.

The gym was really small and opened at 5.30. The dinner was quite poor for vegetarians and it was mostly the same things with a veg patty to go with it, except on Thursday when they had a lovely lasagna.
Breakfast was pretty good. The place was also very clean. The staff was also mostly very friendly.

Nicely decorated spacious room with comfy bed. Fantastic location right on the main street in town opposite the bus stop to the airport. Excellent light dinner and breakfast with coffee available all day. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Luggage storage available. Vasteras is a wonderful town. Highly recommend.

Room size was kinda small, too hot in the room, couldn't lower the temperature. Way too many and veeeery long e-mails were sent full of irrelevant information about hygiene and such. Relevant information, such as address and phone number at the very bottom of the never-ending email. Yet no mentioning about a parking space, and how to get there. After a phone call they directed us to a parking lot of a plaza with a parking fee. Crib for our 1-year old was offered only for some cash...

I payed for 2 person superior room. And there was no refrigerator and no phone to ring the lobby. And I wanted to change to one person and not paying half board for another. That was not possible.
Staff very friendly and good The food was very good. Healthy. The staff is very smiley and nice. I was able to have a late check out.

Public parking for a fee is available about a block from the hotel. Dinner was tomato soup, a hearty beef stew with potatoes, and a tossed salad with Rhode Island dressing. Breakfast was bountiful with plenty of coffee, breads, eggs, and bacon. Our room was clean and there was a nice hot shower. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay as the hotel delivered exactly what it promised.

The bad was too soft and you can hear everything happening in the corridors something that in our case resulted waking up in the middle of the night because of rumors.
The location is perfect. Breakfast was good and the dinner was a super plus.

No AC, but wasn’t that hot the time of our visit. Noisy main street below, but didn’t bother with windows closed.

There is no on-site parking or any reserved parking and the hotel itself is in a pedestrianised zone. This wasn't a problem at this time of year as there was an adjacent public underground car park and some limited overnight street parking. Some information on vehicular access and parking on the website entry would have been helpful ( or perhaps there is, but I didn't see it!)
A very adequate evening meal and an excellent breakfast. Comfortable, friendly and very accessible. It's in a city centre location so there was some noise but as it's mostly traffic-free this wasn't intrusive. Excellent value all round For some reason my review says I'm from Switzerland; actually I'm from England

Would have been nice with a complimentary sheer curtain as the room was either open for free view for the office workers opposite or pitch black when the black out curtain was pulled and you lost all the day light into the room. Breakfast could have been served to 10:00 instead of 9:30
The breakfast had it all, even Ginger shots & Skagen mix! Really good value for the money in regards to the room size, comfy beds & towels - even robes & slippers. Soaps & shampoo by “Rituals” was also a bonus. Location is in the centre of the city (a bit noisy during the nights due to inconsiderate & bored car “cruisers” playing hard rock on full blast, but not the hotel’s fault nor responsibility) The room was very hot upon arrival but the staff had placed a floor fan in the room, excellent

I used to stay in hotels belonging to 6 different brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Best Western and Hyatt) and NONE of them charge extra for a baby crib. Any major flagged hotel does not charge. But obviously this is not one of them.

Unfortunately it was hot days when we were there. We have to open the window during the night to cool down the room for sleeping. But it was very noisy during the night and early morning. Probably it is OK if the window is closed.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the train station, near the main street with many shops and restaurant. The room is clean and OK for 2 people. The bed is not that big. The food is OK but you have to wait for a table during rush hour.

Maybe it would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room too.
Super nice staff, good food, excellent value. We had a dog friendly room and there were even some snacks, poo bags and bowls for my dog already there. Nice touch.
