Sauna was too cold. I called the reception and realized that it was turned off. Staff said it was turned on again and will be hot in 30 min. I was in next 90 min was still cold.

Dinner food was hit or miss, but it was included so I can't complain too much. Some of the food was very tasty, and other times it was bland/oversalted/under- or overcooked. The windows facing the roadside got quite noisy over the holiday weekend, as there were young people making noise outside and cars/motorbikes racing late at night.

Renovated a couple years ago, so very modern and clean! Comfortable room with a view of the park. Staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station.

To enter the Jacuzzi on the rooftop one needs to book the spa for 200 Sek/1 hour. This was not clear to me when I booked the hotel

I loved the cozyness. And the fact that both evening coffe and cake and dinner was included made it even more cozy and a sense of home. usually restaurants in hotels can be quite empty in the evening but in this hotel it was many people and very nice atmosphere. Also really helpful staff everywhere!

- Not clean enough in our room, but the hotel is aware of it and working on improving cleanliness in general.

+ Staff are friendly, helpful, resourceful in finding solutions + Wide selection of breakfast choices + Dinner is OK, considering it is part of the room price. They even have fika offers and can get coffee/tea anytime (not that I did it but good for guests).

There was a bad smell in the room due to lack of airing. The floor hallways and room doors look worn out. The food at dinner had some rice which was not cooked enough (exception with dinner after closing time, so in a way hard to comment, but my wife lost her tooth filling due to hard rice).

Good central location. The room has a safe, fridge, tea kettle and amenities not found all of them in many smaller hotels in Sweden. The bathroom was well sized and equipped. Good lighting and comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast included in price. Last dinner ia before 20:00, but the lady there admitted us and found a solution for us to have dinner even if arriving a bit after this hour. The breakfast was amazing, lots of dishes at great quality, best breakfast we had in 7 nights stay in Sweden.

No air conditioning. It is not a surprise. We know when we booked hotel. AC is not popular in Sweden. But damn we stayed when it was 30, 32 degrees there. So use your imagination how warm it is in the room especially after a day (Swedish long summer day) sunshine :D Well if you are not that lucky or not coming during summer that should be absolutely fine. We got a small table fan to use, helped a little, better than nothing i suppose. First we got a room that is on lower floor and right beside external ventilation fans. It was loud, very loud even with windows closed. And we can't have windows closed when we are in the room because it is so warm. So we got changed to another room that is higher up and a little bit further from the fan. It got better. A lady checking in in front of us had exactly same problem and got changed as well. So i guess it is a common problem this hotel has about loud fan sound in some rooms.

We stayed during Swedish midsummer. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled egg was really really dry :D I was very very surprised. Otherwise there are a lot of options. Pancakes are great. Plus, dinner is included in my room rate. Our first dinner was so so so amazing. It was fried fish with sauce and cooked potatoes. I think it is a Swedish thing to have cooked potatoes during midsummer. There were also various types of salad, vegetarian options and soup. Bread and everything you can think about. We were surprised that this is what you can get included in a room price. The room price was not even expensive. Second day was midsummer buffet. It is ok. They even had midsummer cake. How nice! Staffs everywhere were so friendly. The atmosphere was great. Location is so great. Instead of getting parking through hotel. We parked in a parking building near by (max 5 mins walk). If you have the app, Linpark, i think, it is very convenient and cheap. You can use it almost everywhere in Linköping.
