Food was bad ,2 days for evening eating rice ,that wasn't so nice ,even cooked fiish was bad. The people who worked in kitchen were very loud and they were laughing, even when all off people were in for dinner time.I think that can be more professional, and it was mix of music frok the kitchen and from hotel. The food should be more interesting and not ge same thing 2 night in a row.

The rooms are a bit underwhelming, especially in comparison to the public areas, but comfortable nonetheless. Some of the rooms are facing the inner courtyard with windows that don’t open, and right across the hallways on the other side.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, surrounded by all the restaurants, historical buildings, squares and parks. The central station is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, great variety! Personally, I really enjoyed the Pannkakor with homemade whipped cream and jams. The whole property is very well decorated and feels cozy and welcoming. The staff was also really nice.

Dinner is included and the food was really good. Comfortable beds. We asked if we could get a room with a bathtub which we did. The room had balloons and a nice card as it was my birthday (we didn't ask for it). The staff were very friendly and smiling. We stayed in a standard double room. Next time we will try to book a larger room as this was just a bit too small :) We would have enjoyed a mini fridge in the room.

Sorry but didn't like the parking exiting it was quite strange and not made clear . As a female solo traveller didn't feel safe to be honest once the door locked behind snd couldn't work out how to exit !!! Think 🤔 it should be explained at reception for future reference and someone really should escort as not exactly around the corner is it! Would love to see an area made for dog and owner like they have started to introduce in other hotels like Riverton in Gottenbugh truly amazing thete . Also need to leave bowls for the pet .

The Breakfast and evening meals were really good 👍 such good value for money The staff in reception excellent nothing too much trouble fir them especially Annexa and the new young lady and the staff serving the food worked very efficiently always with a smile too . A truly cosy place and pet friendly to an extent could be improved on this

Hard to find inexpensive grocery stores nearby. Avoid the small ICA opposite the hotel.

Affordable, vintage hotel in a convenient, central location. We had a slightly cramped, but cozy room. Comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee and cookies in the afternoon ("fika"). Lots of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very kind and supportive.

Cold, temporary heater issue

Room was cold, temperature was 16-17 C. We checked the heater and tried to increase the heat but it was not possible. I do not know if only our room was cold being or all rooms have same temperature. We wore sweaters in the evening and it was fine.

Clean hotel, great breakfast and dinner buffet. Quality products at breakfast and dinner. There is one meat option at dinner but it is enough and perfect cooked, Many vegetables options.

Dinner was a 6 out of 10, because spicing was either too much (soups) or none (main corses) and didn't have a lot of variety. The room itself was clean but the bathroom especially the bathtub had spots of mold and scale.

The atmosphere of common places' (dining room, café/lounge) of the hotel were really nice and cozy. Fika and breakfast were great, breakfast had a big variety of good quality bakery goods and fika was great too. The location of the hotel is great (10 mins on foot from Malmö C)

The hotel is centrally located - nearby the railway station and easy to go anywhere in the city. Friendly staff at the reception. Great breakfast with many selections.

The room and bed were small for 2 adults and a child. The coffee was not great, I resorted to just drinking the teas with hot water. Not keen on pets and my little boy is petrified of dogs. We saw a few around, they didn't disturb us but just had to be aware of them. Even though there was a good selection of foods at breakfast, hot options were limiting. Only porridge, sausages and eggs (boiled and scrambled) the rest was cold food. I managed to eat the eggs on the 1st morning but the 2nd morning we were there. Eggs were too runny for me. TV was mainly in Swedish and only had a few channels.

The hotel has a great vibe inside with the decor and ambience. Location of hotel was right in the centre and close to many places of interest. Hotel room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The booking included dinner and breakfast. It was buffet style and we enjoyed tasting the different swedish foods. Fika served between 3-5pm was a nice touch for us. WiFi was easy to connect and worked very well. There is a lift which worked well for us as we were on the 5th floor. Our flight out was not until 10pm, I was able to keep my bags at the hotel until we were ready to go to the airport. This was a last minute booking and we thought it was good value for money. If we are in Malmö again we would definitely stay here. Tak!
