We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenNo Phone in room.. Which mean no room service. You have to pay 75sek for bathrob and flipflops, i feel these are pretty standard in most of hotels. Super cold outdoor pool in Winter time .. it Will be a game changer if they make it a bit Warm like 24-26 degs.
Location and staff Which was present, i felt they are understaffed. But those WHO are present do excellent job. Sauna and bubble tub were great but could be super crowded sometimes during Winter time. Breakfast was good except mini pancakes they were not good

NetherlandsIt was my daughter's birthday, I asked if they could do something special for her. Upon my request I've got an answer 'we will take care of it'. I think that could have been something like 'happy birthday' when checking in. Anything... But this was totally forgotten. Staff overall was below average. The location is at the dodgy end of a harbour (with lovely views..!)
Pool with a view was very nice. Also a very good breakfast.

GermanyThere was quite some noise from the hallway really early in the morning, probably because the structure is quite old and not well sound proof. Minor details: a more relaxing music choice for the spa area would be better (instead of 90’ dance music).
The swimming pool is great, as well as the relax area. Excellent breakfast! Nice bed and proper room. Friendly and helpful staff!

SwedenOur room was quite worn and cloud use some renovation, other rooms were better. We paid extra for the sea view but half of the view was industry docks which also came with some noice (not much). It's a bit away from the town so you probably wouldn't walk to the city through some industry area.
Nice spa relax area, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice location by the sea. Good food and good alcohol variation at the bar. Charging available for the electric car via an app.
