We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsIt's expensive. One slight annoyance is that I'm NOT a fan of Édith Piaf and her music does seem to be in a repetitive loop at the hotel.
What I enjoyed the most was a wonderful feeling of you get the moment you enter the sliding doors you feel as if you are entering another world from days long gone by of style, colour, art & a touch of decadence.

Breakfast was great with many choices and well presented. Staff were very attentive and happy to please but would have been good to have had a brief overview of the layout of the hotel! LatviaI have travelled a lot and stayed in many places, and in my opinion - Dorsia Hotel is one of the kind! I did not expect even close to what I received. From the moment I walked in and met the receptionist who was genuinely kind and welcoming. I wish to point out many details that the hotel staff has thought about to make the stay better - delicious local tea in the room, no plastic bags in the dustbin (but more environmental friendly option), thick curtains to reduce light and the room was exceptionally quiet. I must mention the good quality breakfast where food was made not only to fill someone’s stomach, but also taste very well and was tastefully served + the lovely music in the background is another reason I would like to return to the Dorsia again. Thank you for making my stay wonderful!

Thomas helped with an early check in, Noel and Mr Johnson provided a wonderful description of the genesis of the Dorsia Hotel, and served a most wonderful meal prepared by fantastic chefs, and everything was magical! Food was Michelin star excellent! And breakfast buffet was superb. The room was a piece of art in itself!I heartily recommend Dorsia to everyone.
There can be no better hotel experience than what Dorsia Hotel offered. The decor is museum quality and special, the service all around was excellent, top notch, and professional right from the check in, to drinks and dinner, to next morning breakfast, and the room we enjoyed was a once in a lifetime experience. IrelandCurtains ineffective at blocking out light - very bad in fact. Shower had no screen ie bathroom was an open wet room. Water went everywhere so had to use whatever toweling etc was available to soak up water from rest of bathroom floor - otherwise bathroom was messy and a serious trip hazard. Very wasteful on towels and labor etc so therefore not ecofriendly. No slippers provided which was a pity due to bathroom issue. Otherwise, all was excellent.

ItalyI can’t give 10/10 only because it happened that water was missing for some hours. It wasn’t hotel fault, I think it was Göteborg city workers doing some working on the road, still it wasn’t really nice not to be able to use any facilities for 2 hours.
Amazing colors, amazing music, really good care of the costumer. Also nice position from the center of Göteborg. Magnificent breakfast, with so much selection and all products are super fresh. Also a big plus for hand made coffee, instead of using an automatic machine
