I regret to inform you that our cottage stay experience fell short of expectations. The inconvenience of splitting into two groups instead of having a single cottage disrupted the intended experience, impacting our overall satisfaction with the stay. Additionally, the hassle of changing cottages each night added further inconvenience to our experience, detracting from the expected comfort and relaxation of a two-night stay.

Our two-night stay at the cottage was good. The location was perfect, offering a serene and picturesque setting that enhanced the overall experience. The cozy ambiance of the cottage provided a comfortable retreat, making it an ideal getaway.

Bedding and towels not included. Expensive to rent, cheaper to buy it yourself before arriving. You are also meant to rent it before you arrive. Cleaning cost extra. We found the dishwasher under the stove. Two narrow single beds in the bedroom.

Our cabin was in a great location. Parking outside the door. Nice living room and a veranda (with old furnitures).

Recycling is very difficult, without facilities to separate. The lack of ‘all purpose trash’ cans is causing pollution, people simple drop trash on the ground. a shame in such beautiful camping site.

Getting the key was a little issue, we reached outside office hours and did not receive the information on how to get the keys, after a couple of calls, we learned that the automatic key box is out of service and keys are placed in the bathroom next to reception. Once we got the keys all went very smooth !!

Nice camping hut with all the thought through equipment place is little small ( expected in a camping hut) but was well designed !! Grocery store is available at camping site to get daily things Hut was warm enough and had good heating arranements

Beds were short in length and not as comfortable as expected. There was no instruction with regards to the quantity of hot water that can be used. Due to this it happened that,during shower , all of a sudden there was cold water, probably because all the hot water in the electrical geyser was used.

The facility is located outside the town and in front of the lake. If the weather is sunny and warm , it would be even more pleasant.

Confirmation mail from camp came too late. 11 euro per person additional costs for blankets. After closing of reception it was impossible to obtain the blankets because deliverybox was at an unknown location for call center and us. Had to book a hotel and next day reimbursement of our costs. A pity because location is beautiful.

Kitchen needs basic things like lemon squeeze, tea filter, PAN was low quality, knife was not sharp enough to cut even a small tomato, floor temperature was 10-12 degree which was making walking difficult in room, Sofa cum bed was broken and not locking after opening, bathroom window was without curtain, main door glass was not having anything to cover, lights were insufficient to provide light in all rooms, water heating system is not useful for continuous use and mainly very very poor internet which was disconnecting again and again, Reception is very far from 70 cabin hence key dropping facility should be additionally arranged with one more drop box near to car parking entrance or any other location which is nearby

No Breakfast provided to us, neither anyone told us about its arrangement, even paid would have worked for us but no breakfast arrangement

We loved the saunas! And we felt very lucky that they were open late because we had long days and had spent the whole day looking forward to the sauna. Cheers! :)
