It was a bit dark (poor lights) and I missed having a kettle in the room for tea and coffee.

The breakfast lacked slow cooked tomatoes and baked beans English style.

Room a bit 'funky' but clean. Breakfast very good. Easy parking outside and not expensive. Grand location. The restaurant is very good: reasonable pricing, good staff and terrific food.

The restroom needs some deep cleaning, the ventilation duct was covered in spiderwebs. Missed a phone in the room, this would improve the experience as the breakfast is to be booked upfront, guests cannot go in whenever. So wake up call for breakfast hour of our choosing would help.

The location was very central, I could reach everything I wanted within 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet was great too.

Very basic breakfast with a browny liquid they called coffee! No kettle/boiler or fridge or iron in a 4-star hotel No cleaning or changing towels for 4 nights, unbelievable!

The jacuzzi was full of people the whole time and we couldn’t use it once in our stay. It would be great that they had sessions that you book so you have the jacuzzi for yourself and your partner or family.

The room was spacious, clean, cozy and with lots of lights. The bathroom was great size. The breakfast was great and the staff was kind to get me lactose free milk.

No welcoming staff/no real reception area, more like a pop up style reception. Staff from the bar came and helped and was great, but I would lime a warmer welcome

The room quality and bed were not like what I was expecting compared to the price. I did not like the hotel breakfast as well.

Downsides include low-quality toilet paper and a wet towel left in the room from a previous guest. Needs improvement in these areas.

Great location with convenient parking on the street. Breakfast offers a nice variety. Overall, a positive experience.

The breakfast was disappointing. . There was only one type of bread (no buns) and it was rubbery and at least one day old (possibly even two days old). There is no coffee available from the espresso machine during breakfast which is a shame and probably due to a lack of staff. The only option is the much dreaded Swedish filter coffee I took only one small sip from out of sheer curiosity. The breakfast selection is very poor for vegetarians. It is the typical breakfast one would find in Swedish restaurants in the 1970's - heavy on meat with low quality cheese and only tired tomato and cucumber pieces (no salads or any seasonal vegetables). The fruit was also not seasonal (besides apples who were low quality) but exotic (i.e pineapple and melons) that I and others who are health conscious wouldn't eat. As is common in this part.of the world there is a lack of professionalism that manifested itself with the receptionist forgetting that I asked for a 45 minute extension to my check out. She approved the late check out and this was even in front of two witnesses who are her colleagues working in the hotel bar (I explained to her I have a meeting at 10 am and should return by 11 am so 45 minutes will be sufficient time for me to shower) and yet at 11:06 am the housekeepers knocked on my door saying the receptionist was asked and she said no late check out was given (!)

I was alarmed by the bad reviews of previous guests but I realised these were mostly written during the summer months as the hotel seems not to have a proper air conditioning (only an air circulation unit) but this was not a problem in October. The restaurant area is very beautiful and the location is optimal for visiting Norköpping (10 to 12 minutes walk to the train and bus stations).

No air con in the room, only a fan. There was some problems with looking the door, that could have been fixed before we got the room-

I did not like the breakfast. There was no fresh bread. Eggs were too cold (heating device was not really doing much)

Customer attention was very good. I had an issue with my room and they fixed them pretty quickly. Five stars to the ladies at the reception.

The cleanliness of the hallways, rooms and gym area could have been better. There was no soap in my room, hand sanitizer was missing from the gym and everything felt a bit cluttered, dusty and forgotten about.

The location of the hotel is good and I like that there is a small gym where you can blow of some steam if necessary. The breakfast and hotel-restaurant is great. I can really recommend the restaurant for visitors.

Check-In was bad, didn't receive a working wifi password and no onboarding.. Breakfast was okay however the bread seemed to be old. The rooms could be cleaner.

A comfortable stay in the heart of the picturesque city of Norrköping. City life starts right at the doorstep of the hotel or, if you wish, in the good hotel bar/restaurant. The indoor design is a bit retro, but has all the basics plus a small fridge in your room if you wish to keep things cool. Friendly staff, and easy parking just outside (paid street parking). Trams and the innercity shops are a short walk away. If you'd like to "hike" the beautiful Industrial Landscape (highly recommended), it starts a few minutes away.
