The only negative in the hostel is the fact that in the evening the ventilation system is not really working and that can be a nightmare sometimes , if its a hot day or if someone forgot to have a shower before going to sleep .. I hope it gets fixed before the summer kicks in

I really liked the self checkin which i did when i entered the hostel , its less time consuming in my opinion. The cleanliness of the hostel is also a plus.

The check out time at 10am is earlier than most hotels.

Room was clean, neat and comfy. Location is near to the Central Station. Breakfast was nice and price is reasonable.

Ventilators weren’t cleaned for months. The chill-out area is dominated by the bar and not intimate ay all.

They said the housekeeping comes to clean everyday. I stayed there two nights and three days and the room wasn’t cleaned. (Dust and used snuss was lying around in the room floor)

Very very uncomfortable bed.And very noisy.One can not move in the bed without a noise.

Some guests checking in at 2 & 3am meant that my sleep was usually disrupted. I found one of the staff at reception was quite rude and not helpful.

The location is great and bedrooms reasonable for the price. Bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned everyday. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Security was good, though adding password-protected lockers in the rooms would be really helpful.

The staff at the hostel were extremely friendly and always available to assist. What's great is that most facilities are self-service, making check-in and storing luggage a breeze, saving a ton of time. Location is really convenient, you're really close to the central station so mobilization is easy. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and offered ample storage space.

Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast that appealing for its price: the sweet American pancakes were served in a bowl, completely submerged in an extremely sweet chocolate sauce mixed with strawberry jam. There's still space for improvement!

I felt very safe in the women's dormitory. My bed was in a small alcove, which gave me a lot of privacy.

Too bad there's not a kitchen, also the bathrooms in the dorms should be cleaned more often... As much as one tries to keep it clean as it comes, there's always a bunch of people using it!

Great location and friendly atmosphere, the common area is cozy both for enjoying some alone time and partying. The dorms are quite comfortable too!

The staff were very rude - when we arrived (at 3am), we were incorrectly told we’d shown up a day early and didn’t have a booking. This wasn’t correct and the staff didn’t even apologise when they realised they’d made a mistake. The lifts are very slow - we were on the top floor and had to wait 5-10 minutes for the lift to arrive.

We stayed in the superior twin room. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

There was mo kitchen to make food. Also one of the rules is that outside food and drinks is forbidden. O don't think this is either a hostel or a hotel since normally in both you can do whatever you want. The staff was non existent you have to basically check in and get your keycard yourself so zero interaction with them.

The rooms were spacious, nice big beds with plugs and shelves. Drawer for the luggage and places to hung clothes. Bathroom was clean and nice.

Room was extremely quiet, the other occupants also followed the house rules . The location was great , everything was available really close. There was not much choice for breakfast , but you can always have it from any other restaurant close by
