We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe location is good but not great just due to the location of the dock compared with the city/tourist area. In saying that, it was only a 10 - 15 min walk there and to the train station. We did like the area away from the hustle & bustle. There is bikes for hire out the front if you don’t want to walk.
The staff at those hotels are so friendly and helpful. An absolute delight. Gluten free options for breakfast are great and there is a designated section. A bit of a novelty eating on a boat. Good location to at to the Scandic Rooftop bar and also great viewing for when the big boats go under the bridge.

Very nice receptionist. They got my room ready early for me when I asked if I could store my bag until check in time. Happy Easter note and sweets left in my room. Fantastic location on the water. Very good choice for breakfast. Wished I was staying there longer than one night.

It did the job for our short trip to the city. Warmed us up after being out in -18 degrees all day. Teas, coffees, hot chocolate available for self-serve. The staff were all charming! We didn't realised breakfast was included so though it was basic, it was nice to have something before facing the outside world. Would stay again.

GermanyThe rooms are extremely tiny. Due to construction work, the hotel location is a bit cut-off from the city center. On New Year’s Day, the breakfast room was completely overcrowded and we hardly found a seat. Rooms are cleaned only upon explicit request. The food at the restaurant appears a bit overpriced.
The hotel is situated in an old ship in the Harbour. Rooms are really quiet and clean. The staff is really very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open until 23:00 and the bar until midnight. The breakfast was superior. The hotel is in walking distance from the city enter and the train station.

United KingdomNo negatives to speak of, other than to say that the room (i.e. cabin) was quite small, so probably not suitable for a stay of more than a few days.
The hotel is an impressive, quite spacious ship, docked close to the centre of Gothenburg, close to the Hisingsbron bridge and the Maritiman museum. The room was clean and tidy, with good basic facilities, and the daily continental breakfast was more than adequate. There were also tea and coffee facilities and snacks available throughout the stay. We stayed in late October in cold weather, but I imagine it would be fun to sit out on the top deck of the ship in the summer sunshine. Would stay again at a different time of year for sure.
