You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location, nearby Västervik. Room with all what you need and seaview. Great wellness with swimmingpools and hottubs. Great floating sauna on the water and even indoor. Friendly reception and possibility to borrow bikes for free.

SwedenJust a minor detail but… maintenance seems to have fallen behind slightly (during COVID). The men’s change room was a bit smelly, the shower hose slightly broken, soap dispensers loose.
Extremely beautiful location by the sea. Well designed. Our hotel room faced the ocean. Fresh and well designed rooms and great spa with so many indoor and outdoor pools.

SwedenAn old lady was about to die from choking on a piece of meat that obstructed her airways. The people and staff were panicked; they couldn't do anything. I saved her life with the Heimlich Maneuvers, but I didn't get any appreciation from the hotel, not even a single letter.
Overall the ambiance, location, and cleanliness were great.

SwedenRestaurant was bad, the food is bad considering the prices. The service quality was poor, they forgot orders, forgot to ask for dessert wishes. only very junior staff that don't want to work. Room where noisy, you can ear ppl passing the corridor. The room was hard to get warm we had to live a keycard in the the room to make sure heating stay activated.
The spa was great, the location is great and we enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel.
