We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe got the smallest room (without any wardrobe) and it was not possible to open two bigger suitcases. No vegan alternatives at breakfast. At the check-in I got a feeling of not been taking really serious by the staff. It was quite expensive for such a small room.

SwedenI booked the Double room with patio on booking.com and that room was listed with a sofa bed. I was charged an extra 650 SEK than the booking.com because my child slept in the sofa bed. I did not ask for extra beds or cots, just used the extra facility advertised with the room. This was not made clear at check-in and came as a complete surprise during check-out. The owner claimed that this was clear in my booking but it was not clear at all. I am not coming back to this facility. There is no shower cabin. You basically have to dry the bathroom floor after each shower.
Good location and the facilities are decent but quite basic beds and toilet.

SwedenMost of the rooms are located in annexed buildings at the back. The rooms are hostel like and smell like moldy cabins. The rooms are spartan with little or no colorful decorations and walls painted institutional green. There is almost nothing in the bedroom except two small beds 90 cm x 190 cm with 2-star linen and one pillow per person, a sofa bed in the other room, with a simple matching recliner and a flat TV. No fan, no aircon, not even a trash can. A very small desk without a lamp. No safety box, no water boiler, no coffee or tea, no cups or spoons. No table to put my bags on, no drawers, no shelves in the bathroom. The 1-star bath towel is small and of poor quality, no carpets, no slippers, and no bathrobe. No safe, no phone and no information material or local maps. All this stuff I take for granted in a three/four star hotel so my expectations really got clobbered this time. For a small one-time investment of $300 per suite the hotel can have most of my expectations met.
The main building is an old mansion with a newly constructed pool room at the back. The manager is a welcoming, warm and friendly man but the other staff is reserved and distant, they do not greet you. The breakfast is good but not great. There were no pancakes, a few cheeses. No fruits I can remember. The utensils were small even for my small hands. Breakfast was served in the pool room, uncommon and no bad smell from chlorine, for me it was a relaxing experience as I like water in all forms and sizes. Good WiFi everywhere. Each suite have two rooms with a small outdoor area with a table and two chairs.
