The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. There was parking lots but you have to be early to secure a spot. There’s also chargers for EV’s.

No place to dry the wet skii clothes and boots. TV is old fashion and webcast can't be used. The restaurant could provide more options. Play room can have more toys.

Good breakfast with a lot of choices, especially the waffles. The hotel is very close to the centrum and easy to find good restaurants. Also the free parking and lots of parking place make the hotel more attractive.

Small things like a lamp not working in the room. The lamp over the bed was very bright. Nice if it had been adjustable.

The bathroom was really lovely. Despite the rest of the room being slightly dated it was comfortable and welcoming. Also very close to train and bus service as well as the town’s Kupolen - shopping centre Also staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

The town is rather sleepy and so when we got back to the hotel after the concert we were at everything was closed. No bar open and not a whole lot of choices to get food or drinks. But that has got nothing to do with the hotel really, just the location of it!

I liked the staff, even though the staff was training another new member of staff. It took a little more time than expected beforehand, but they were both nice, helpful and a little bit witty. I also enjoyed staying in the hotel during the night because it was really quiet, had the necessary things like a tv, place to store your stuff and your own, clean, bathroom. The visit was nice :)

Even though single room, the room was quite small. But for one night okay.

I had to leave before breakfast was served. Automatically received a prepared breakfast menu packed to go, which was a nice surprise and made the 3 hour train ride more enjoyable.

Convenient location right outside the train station and right next to the centre. Great for us as we took the bus to explore the nature areas during the day. Room was clean, shower pressure and temperature was great, and the broken dreams restaurant had friendly staff and a great environment.

the TV didn’t have netflix / the ability to stream your phone. Not a big issue. There were some glasses upstairs in the common lounge area still from the night before, it took a while before they got cleaned.

the location was perfect, the train station is across the street. its in the middle of the city. its very good bed, good room, plenty of towels. If you have to leave early, they can prepare breakfast ahead, depending on when you leave.

No sockets easily available in the room. Had to crawl under the table or look behind the sofa chair. No fan in the bathroom made it very moist after shower.

The breakfast was nice. New renovated bathroom. Decent bed.

- the restaurant seemed to be constantly closed, even on New Years eve - no towels in the sauna - the relaxation area in the sauna is somewhat dull - the second floor lounge area with the fire place never had the fire on and overall looked uncosy

Amazing breakfast-buffet that left nothing to wish for. Plenty of space although the hotel was quite fully booked. Friendly and helpful sfaff. Some of the rooms might do with a little refurnishing, but everything was spotlessly clean and neat. Small gym was also available as there are not many other sport-facilities or running-routes in the area. The hotel looks quite unimpressive from the outside but is certainly a surprise when you enter 😊
