We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenWe got a cabin which is located a bit distance from the reception, 4 min driving by car. It took a while for us to find the cabin as we arrived at the night.
Very good breakfast! Plenty of choices for food (both warm and cold), fruits, and drink (juice, coffee and tea). Cozzy environment. Busy and friendly staff. The hotel is in the beatiful nature, with many culture and historical places, sport and leisure facilities for both summer and winter seasons (lake, skiing tracks, etc).

SwedenIt's a shame that since the place is being renovated, our room overlooked the stand of a crane. Some corridors were dirty with construction dust. Not too cozy and it is a shame that we had this experience for the same price.

United KingdomThe cleanliness was average. Our room was pretty good except for a lot of black mould in the shower and some cups in the kitchen that had been put away with gunk in them. It was also strange to have to make up the children’s beds ourselves- this should have been done before our arrival. The main building is lovely but the floors are so dirty! Everywhere in the bar, restaurant, lounge area the floor is dirty. The chairs are also not very clean (don’t lift up the cushions!!!) Such easy things to fix to make the hotel so much better! Some of the staff were helpful but no one was particularly outgoing or friendly, which was a shame. It would be so easy to have a warm welcome by reception, a nice introduction to the hotel and what was available to do but there was none of that.
The location is beautiful! The suite was really spacious and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. It was very quiet. The restaurant staff at breakfast were nice.

United KingdomThe “interconnecting” rooms were not interconnecting, they were across a hall with access to other rooms in that hall. This should be updated in the description. The floors were incredibly sticky/grubby/dirty in the rooms.
The location is peaceful. The main building is nice.

We lost 1.5 hours of our time. because there was a lot of carelessness and you don't behave well. In the end, the waiter still went and made May's bed himself! It was really a bad experience

FranceSome incoherences. The price range is high for the overall quality. The room was cold. The sauna did not have towels. It was a lot of work as a guest to fix these things, when you are injured even more. I would want to discuss with the staff the incoherence in the food menu, all is local but then a couple of fancy ingredients from the sea…. Also the service at the restaurant was not great. Our waitress complained she had to explain our dishes in English…. This is bad.
I like the setting, the nature and the infrastructure with so much to do around. I liked the kitchen and products produced on site a lot. I was injured and I appreciated the help of the personnel when I needed it.
