It was dirty and dusty many places. The bed lamp was destroyed. The adjustment of the bed didn’t function.

Towels and hairdryer were missing in the room, but it was fixed really quickly, so there were no need to worry. There is an electrical socket close to the bed, but it is needed to move bed to reach it.

Nice and helpful staff, provided with with good suggestions and useful information. Really good breakfast. Clean room with unique cosy interior design. Close to the city centre. I could park a car.

Laundering of the towels had left them rough, scratchy and badly creased. The bedlinen was excellent. To a person with a sensitive nose, however, a couple of the pillows needed freshening up.

A quiet hotel close to the railway station. Pleasant, spacious and tastefully decorated room and bathroom. Most of our expectations were fully met. Many thanks.

The hotel didn’t have an elevator, so we had to take only what was necessary to our room. I am slightly disabled and stairs are difficult for me.

The hotel has potential and the pictures were beautiful but it did not meet our expectations. The were spider net in the room, the shower had a blockage in the drain, the beds were extremely soft and the coffee at breakfast was medium warm from yesterday.

The view from the room was beautiful and you can feel that the hotel really tries to create a cosy atmosphere but unfortunately, they don't succeed all the way.

Difficult to say as we probably didn't use all amenities. First world problem but it would have been good to be able to use something like chromecast with the TV (didn't seem to be compatible with devices). As I said 'first world problem' and we didn't come to the hotel to watch TV, just we arrived late on a Friday night so wanted to watch a film. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was exactly what we needed for our trip.

Modern, clean and tastefully decorated rooms with extremely comfy beds. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating when we needed to check in later than their advertised time. Nice touches, like a little welcome note from the staff, breakfast was good (broad range of items - something for everybody) and rooms had everything you needed for a short stay. Really good value for money, would highly recommend.

We were there over Midsommar and the reception/bar closed at 18.00 (hence we could not get a drink after that) They had chnged cleaning crew and our room was not cleaned, this is probably a temporary issue

they had given the room we booked (bigger size) to someone else. Checking in, and paid but they didn’t tell me they had given us a much smaller room. when I realized this, I went to the reception and they immediately agreed to pay back part of the sum, but we had wanted the bigger room w separate entrance as booked. The staff were very nice about it though.

Nice bar and lobby/lounge, next to a big park (great when traveling w a dog as we did). wonderful beds.

Breakfast was very good. If they make waffles it would be nicer. Lounge with many good games for kids. The balcony and sauna made our evening unforgettable.

From the start rooms were not cleaned properly, and then not even sink cleaned after 1 night. Non-attentive service. Breakfast hours short and early for being in tourist season. Breakfast replenishing close to non-existent and in general buffet running out with items.

I would have liked fresher breakfast vegetables, especially the tomatoes. I would have liked the breakfast to be a bit longer, not only until 9. We were visiting family, not entirely on vacation, but even so, the hospitality standard for breakfast is usually until 10 am, 9 was a bit too early imo. I was not crazy at all about the bed. The 2 separate thin mattresses on the bed were rather slippery so we had to push them back on the bed constantly and the lack of fitted sheets made it so my partner slept on the bare mattress 1 or 2 nights. The cleaning staff came in one day and made the bed, which was absolutely unnecessary, but forgot to vacuum the room or the bathroom for that matter.

It is centrally located. The Internet is good, but watch out, it is not secured. It is an entirely open connection. Plenty of parking spaces and a quiet and green neighborhood. We had a sauna, which was nice. The management was very nice and they gave me a second table so I could work. The original table was too small so I needed 2.
